Domino’s Pizza

This place is not gluten free. They may sell a pizza that is made with gluten free ingredients but it is prepared in the same area as the rest so there will be cross contamination.

I don’t know what has happened to chain pizza places recently. Pizza Hut has turned their pan pizza into a greasy inedible mess and tried to compensate with stupid sauces and crust garbage. Dominos was at least concentrating on making a decent pizza according to their ads, but after this local location re-​opened from their remodel, they have been terrible.
Several months ago, I placed my last order ever from this location. I ordered two pizzas and whatever weird dessert thing they were offering at the time. Clicked place order and watched the little tracker thing in the web browser. After 15 minutes, it said my pizza was done. After 25 minutes, it said my pizza had left for delivery… yet I did not receive my pizza until over an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES after ordering. For some reason, it took a full 50 minutes to drive a pizza 3 miles to my house. Then the driver had the nerve to glare at me as I explained why there was no tip for such terrible service, and honestly, they were lucky I didn’t tell them just to go away and take the pizza with them.
After opening the boxes, I wish I had checked them before paying. The pizzas were cold, undercooked, and just terrible even when heated back up to a more appetizing temperature. I emailed the store through the tracker app, and never got the courtesy of an explanation or reply, which the app says you are supposed to get if you contact the store. So — terrible food quality, terrible delivery times, and terrible customer service all in a single order. I’ve never ordered from them again.
Several days ago, a friend of mine ordered Dominos for a few of us at his house. Again the pizza arrived late, cool, and awful. No explanation given for the delay, no apology for the cold pizza. I don’t know if all Domino’s stores stink now, or if it is just this one — but I won’t be wasting my money to find out. Goodbye Dominos.

love this dominos. wish they would hurry up and reopen. they are always fast and I dig the pizza tracker.
