Service and Food are pretty consistent and good here. Once in awhile they get my side wrong–(apple, chips, or baguette.. .) This is my default option when need to get some greens.

I recently visited this Panera Bread, and had a great experience. I was greeted by a Panera Bread employee who was smiling and asked how I was. I ordered my meal. The woman at the counter answered my questions and met my needs. It didn’t take long for my food. I saw employees working to make sure the place was kept clean. I liked this Panera Bread location and will visit again if I am ever out that way again.

Unfortunately, Jefferson county residents have few decent food options which is why I found myself at Panera yet again. This time we opted to try the Rapid Pick-Up service. Should have treated the pick up like the drive thru service at any fast food establishment and thoroughly checked the order. We did not and guess what??? You got it. No dressing for either salad and the Thai chopped was missing the main ingredient — CHICKEN. It is too bad that each of the last few times we have gone to this particular location we have had nothing but 2 star service and quality. When will upper management open their eyes if this problem persists at this particular location? Would I recommend this particular location? No, I would not nor would my wife. Heck even out children commented on their dissatisfaction with the overall experience. It really is too bad as we often choose to done at Panera en when we are not local.

Changing my review, as this place has started to go downhill. The food is ok, but they appear to be unorganized. There are rarely enough people to take the orders and th food takes about twice as long to come out as before, plus the food is presented in a somewhat sloppy manner. An example is that the bread is not centered on the sandwich, which is not difficult. The positives are that the coffee is still fresh, and bakery items are wonderful.

VERYDISAPPOINTED! Just finished ordering. I asked for a hot quiche that just came out of the oven, she insisted I take one that been sitting a while. Instead of pressing the issue I canceled the whole order. Sad to write this review, because I like Panera’s, but this particular store needs to put more time into training there kids.

I don’t understand why im this place has a low rating. I go here at least 1 every 2 weeks and they’ve been consistently good. The fourth star is for their friendly staff. When I bring my baby with me and my hands are full they will even carry my drink over to where I’m sitting.

The cashier clearly had no desire to wait on us, didn’t smile, and basically only spoke when spoken to… not a very«happy» or «pleasant» person. I would say she was just a live body behind the counter. Otherwise, the food and latte were tasty and I have always been a Panera fan. This spot just needs to coach their staff to make the experience more positive.

Came in for the Autumnal pumpkin latte. YUCK. Too sweet too artificial too undrinkable. Got half way through to get my 4.30 worth then dumped it and filled cup with straight coffee with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Idiots! Idiots I say! Placed an order for a pick two, chicken noodle soup and half a Sierra turkey sandwich. There was only one order ahead of mine. Took 25 minutes to get my food and the it was screwed up. No chicken noodle soup, but a whole Sierra turkey sandwich. Attention to detail! It doesn’t exist in the food service world anymore. Will never return to this store.

Panera makes great breads, bagels and pastries, but when it comes to the other items on the menu, they tend to be overpriced. I don’t mind paying extra for a quality product, but Panera has a different definition of quality than I do, apparently. For instance, They have a large selection of panini sandwiches that sound very appealing, although they are pricey. However, I have friends with food allergies, and a wife who is a picky eater, so there are some ingredients that we asked to not be included on the sandwich. Imagine our surprise when we were told that we had to get the sandwich as listed on the menu, because they are premade, frozen, and then reheated at the time of order. Call me crazy, but going through the effort to make a good sandwich with fresh bread and the freezing it seems to be very counterproductive. Besides not being able to customize an order, you’re also freezing fresh product for no good reason. If getting a sandwich and a drink is going to cost me $ 10, I expect it to be more than a premade frozen sandwich being slapped on a panini press. I guess if Panera’s food is fresh, then Stouffers can start labeling everything in the frozen case at the supermarket as «fresh» as well. Overall, the food is good, but definitely overpriced for reheated frozen product.

Let me start off by saying the staff was friendly and helpful, despite trying the upsell trick to add another buck or two to our bill. The price for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup and two bottles of water was over $ 21… and we’re not going fancy here. Seems a bit much… no, it seems too much for that kind of meal when I can get a much bigger meal for less than that at Cracker Barrel. The food was… okay. My wife had the French Onion soup and we agreed that it tasted«packaged,» like there was no fresh preparation aside from tossing in the cheese and croutons. She also had a chicken salad sandwich, and the only side choices were chips or an apple. While the sandwich was tasty, it wasn’t $ 8 tasty. I had the Cuban Chicken Panini. Also flavorful, but nothing to write home about. It was smothered in too much cheese, and the«Cuban» flavoring was a bit like frozen peppers that got warmed and put on the sandwich. We hadn’t eaten at a Panera in several years. Now I remember why.
