Always friendly and efficient at the drive-​through. The food is hot and order always correct. Their fried chicken and biscuits beat KFC by a mile! And, roast beef sandwich is good and looks like real roast beef, as opposed to the pressed and thinly sliced version that Arby’s serves. Best fast food restaurant in the Charles Town/​Ranson metro!

Today I enjoyed a delicious Roast Beef sandwich at this Roy’s location. Tasty but tiny. It was suppose to be a large Roast Beef sandwich but it was anything but. I would hate to see a small, maybe I wouldn’t be able to. Loved the sandwich but not the size!

I’ve been here several times and this Roys needs improvement. They didn’t even mix my order of mash potatoes, and had poor customer service.

Well run, clean, workers who actually seem happy… that alone is big news in the fast food business. The food is just plain good. The fix’n tray is always clean and orderly and filled. The tables are clean and the bathroom are always very clean. Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza.
