I had to have a delivery held for pickup, and they were very flexible with the arrangements, which were easy to make. They have extended hours so I didn’t have to take off work to get my package. It was much larger and heavier than I expected, and two guys came out of the office and carried it out to my car and put it in, as if it was nothing. I had no-one to come help me and don’t know what I would have done otherwise. Customer service is always great there, but this extra was MUCH appreciated. Great service, great attitude. I drove specifically to this store to get help shipping two boxes internationally. I was having difficulty DIY on the Fedex website, so I decided to try to settle in quicker in person. Unfortunately, the attendant at the store was not very helpful. After making my request, I was curtly directed to call a 1 – 800 number to fulfill my request. Upon further questioning, because I did not drive out just to call a number, the attendant directed me to the website, to which I replied that was where I had original difficulty. I suggested she could help me through the website, but instead, she pointed me to the table of computers where I could DIY and the telephone number again. Now it is one thing if the store was busy, and filled with customers… but I was the only person in the store, and this attendant in my opinion could have offered bit more assistance here. Suffice to say, I left very disappointed with this service! For the amount of shipping I perform every year, getting the number for a customer help line from a live representative is not exemplary customer service…
