Me and my father came in looking for a mixer as a Christmas present. None of the employees would make eye contact or offer to help us at all. We went to the managers office and they said we’d have to wait for the person who works in that department to get something off the shelf. That person is a new employee and is taking upwards of 20 minutes to ring up a customer. There are 6 other employees standing around talking. Terrible customer service and I can’t believe they’d put all the work on one employee. Ridiculous.

We stood at the guitar service and tune-up counter for 20 minutes, with no acknowledgement from any staff of our presence there. Finally, someone came over to say the guitar tech is only in on Tues. Not so good with basic customer service at this location!
