Mr. Goodbar Security Bars

This is a family owned business that does much of its ordering via their website and phone number. The customer service is awesome. The worker spent about 40 minutes on the phone helping me decide which security bars gate will work best with my basement window that needed security bars.
He was very patient with my many questions and educated me in general about security options and designs. Very knowledgable, helpful, and he kept the conversation geared to meeting my window security needs. It was clear customer satisfaction was more important than trying to squeeze extra money from me or overselling a product. When I told him I would like to tell his supervisor how impressed I was with the service, I then learned that it is a family owned business!
