Reserved a trailer online & picked up in VT. I drove to NH to pick up an item and long story short, the trailer was not the size advertised and when I went to pick my item the trailer was too narrow.
Over 200 miles from home, I had no choice but to leave the VT trailer and rent another. This resulted in one-​way rental charges to me PLUS a return fee. Funny how this location didn’t mention anything about either of these fees. Total fees resulting in almost FIFTEEN times what it should have paid had it been correct.
Each of the 3 U-​haul locations involved (Corporate, VT location & NH location) placed the blame on each other resulting in many phone calls causing me lots of frustration. This company is very dishonest and I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere.
