I can’t say enough about Vinny and his crew. They bent over backwards for me and I am appreciative.
I’ve tried on 2 separate occasions to get a car stereo place to change out my old unit in my truck. Both times, I received apprehension on the part of the front office guy. «Wellll, we aren’t sure.»
Not Vinny. «Dennis, I will make this right, get the system working and if you have any problems, there is a 1 year warranty on the radio and a lifetime warranty on our wiring.»

Received a gift certificate for Christmas and was nervous about it because I’ve had bad luck in the past with remote starters. Called and the appointment process was easy. Always fearing the worst I half way expected to get there only to find out they lost my reservation but to mg surprise they were ready and waiting for me. The man that checked me in was courteous and quick and explained the process thoroughly. I waited in the store and I overheard them checking out another customer. They explained how it would work, what to do, and said if a dealer tries to tell you your car is out of warranty have them call us immediately because it’s not. When they were done with mine (slightly earlier than promised), again, always prepared for the worst, I half way expected to get a different story or barely half the same info. NOPE! They repeated the same explanation so I felt confident that their customer service is consistent and high-​quality.
My starter works perfectly and I haven’t had any issues at all. It works from pretty far away, too so I was toasty warm all winter.
In summary, I would highly recommend them for any of your audio or remote starter needs. This is a really good group of professionals who know what their doing. Can’t go wrong.
