No front end manager on duty. Seated right away, took almost 10 minutes for our server to greet us. Put the entire food order in, drinks and apps cam right away. Very good, then we didn’t see our waitress again for 20 minutes. Sat with our dirty plates until the food arrived, table across from us arrived after we did, place their order and finished eating before we got our food. Buffalo chicken salad served with piping hot chicken, salad was soggy but I was hungry. Food overall was pretty good, server was very nice but not attentive. Had to ask the hostess for takeout containers, as I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes. Was told there was a manager on duty out back. The manager should work the front of the shop as well.

I had to go into the kitchen to get a manager after 40 minutes of waiting for just our drinks. The service is very slow here because the menu is too big. This is the worst restaurant I’ve been to probably in the last 10 years. The managers are not assertive with their staff. They’re just useless pushovers(too nice). When we did get our food more than an hour after being seated, it was room temperature and bland. You’ll get a better and faster meal out of the dumpster at the McD’s across the street.

We have been here a few times and its been ok, not great but go in a pinch. This last time will be the the last. W decided to eat at the bar. We got to listen to the bartender and other staff complain to each other that she was the only bartender making drinks. Great. but wait she was making drinks, but she didn’t have to take any orders at the bar because she had help. ok. the help was really not much help as she had to ask us at least twice what we ordered. They forgot my drink, then I finally got it. My food was Ice cold. By now I just ate it as I was starving. My husband had nachos with jalapenos on top. Too bad he ordered it without jalapenos. Even the check was wrong when we got it and they had to fix that. We will not be back.

Came to this Chilis location after the Raynham Flea Market due to its prime location. My Girlfriend, my roommate, and myself waited 10 minutes at the door. The restaurant had guests, but it looked as if no one was working except from the bartender. After finally being seated, we were left alone for 20 minutes before the hostess finally admitted that our waitress was busy. She took our beverage orders(all Arnold palmers), and after another 15 minute wait, they came. Basically tasted like water and ice with brown food coloring for effect. After another half hour with no sign of the waitress, we decided to leave. Do not come to this location. You will receive terrible service. Disappointed that our waitress never even showed her face. Definitely would not reccomend.

Horribly understaffed. We stood at the door for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence. Then we sat in a wet booth while it dried. Had to ask for a straw for a drink. Waited 10 minutes with our appetizer getting cold just for a cup of blue cheese. Our server seems really nice, but this restaurant is doing him no favors at all. I actually feel bad for him because the way it seems, Chilis isn’t too concerned for their customer’s experience. The food is pretty good though. Get the creamy jalepeno boneless buffalo wings. –1 for waiting at the door –1 for wet booth –2 for waiting for cheese and straw +1 for excellent server +1 for good food +1 for knowing how to make a well done burger

Years ago when I worked in this area, I would come to this Chili’s all the time. And boy has is gone downhill since then. Everything started out on a positive note. My fiancé and I were meeting another couple for dinner and drinks before a movie on a Saturday night. We knew it would busy– no big deal. Originally they gave us a 45 minute wait time, but we were seated in 20. Awesome! Our waiter took our drink and appetizer order– we got the white spinach queso dip(which also comes with chips and salsa), a couple of the new patron margaritas and a couple Long Island Iced Teas. My fiancé ordered a cup of clam chowder. Our drinks were slow coming out, but it was busy. And the drinks were good. The appetizer was slow to come out as well, but it was ok. It was busy. The dip was delicious, too. Best part of the meal for sure. Anyway, time kept ticking and no clam chowder. We ordered our entrees. Finally after a 45 minute wait with no solution or offer of anything else other than«the kitchen is slow» my fiancé canceled that part of his order. Around this point my friend and I ordered second drinks, switching to the $ 5 margaritas.(Mind you, this was after at least 15 minutes with empty glasses.) We both ordered raspberry, a flavor on the menu. A little while later our waiter came back and said they were out of raspberry, and listed some other flavors. We switched to blackberry. He again returned to say they didn’t have blackberry– just strawberry. At this point, I ordered an original. Our food took a long time to come out, an during this time we were often left with empty drinks for long stretches of time. We asked for more chips and salsa(which we were then charged for on our bill– so much for the chips being«bottomless») after sitting with an empty basket in front of us for at least 15 minutes. Our waiter almost never checked in. Our meals finally came, after what had to be close to an hour and a half wait. We were warned our plates were hot– which was about it. My friend’s tacos were cold. My prime rib fresh mex bowl was lukewarm with almost no flavor to it. My fiancé got a ribeye he ordered medium, and it looked almost rare. He said it has gone downhill was was nothing like the ribeyes he has gotten in the past. One of our friends said his steak(a new steak on the menu) was alright, which was the best review of any of the meals. This experience at Chili’s was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. I know it was a Saturday night, but that is no excuse for bad food and poor customer service. I am giving two stars solely for the fact that I have had good experiences in the past… But that was years ago, and I am not optimistic I’ll have a good experience(or even eat here) again.

First impressions are very important. I walked into the bar area. Waited close to 10 min for service. They were next to my hotel. Mellisa was my sever. She was attentive once she saw me.

We were starving so we made a quick stop here figuring«how could we go wrong at Chili’s». Biggggggg mistake! It might’ve been the grossest food I’ve ever been served. We ordered the Queso, which didn’t even taste like Queso. It was brown and nasty, it didn’t even taste like cheese! Everything else was gross too. I wish I never went there. We ate it anyway because we were starving and in a rush to get someplace else. Don’t go here unless you want to feel gross and horrible about yourself after!

5÷31÷2015 I don’t know how much more disappointed I could be with today’s meal. I arrived here around 12 and didn’t leave until 1:50, and it was definitely not because I had a good time. We were seated promptly, which I’ll give credit to the hostess, but then it took 15 minutes for our waitress to come over, and no it was not busy. First of all, if you are a waitress you should at least be able to fake a smile, let alone being nice. The girl taking care of us did not once smile, introduce herself, or was in the slightest bit happy. It felt more like we were barging in on her day.(Which she’s at work, so really she shouldn’t mind) We finally got our food, except it was not delivered to our table. It was given to the table next to us. When they realized it wasn’t their food they told the waitress, even though we were sitting right behind her saying it was our order. She brought the plates to the table, but one of the patrons at the other table had already touched my food. And she still tried to serve it to me. As a former waitress myself, that’s just something you don’t do. It’s a rule of thumb, and common sense. So while waiting for my new food, my fiancé and his mother began to eat their food. Which hers was fine, but they got the entirety of my fiancés order wrong. The broccoli was dry and rubbery, his steak was medium well, he asked for medium rare, and she brought the wrong side to the table.(he ordered extra broocoli, she brought mashed potatoes, which looked like they’d been sitting out) I finally got my burger and it was pretty decent. Not overcooked or undercooked. When we were finished she came back over and we were looking at deserts and we asked her to bring over more drinks and a box, well that took about 15 minutes and when she came back over she didn’t have the box with her… Desert was pretty good, we ordered the molten cake. Then waited another 15 minutes for her to come back over with the check. The food was alright which is why the review has one star, but the service was absolutely appalling and just not handled the way a waitstaff should conduct themselves. I’ve had some bad waitresses but she took the top. I would not come back to this place again. And did I mention it wasn’t even busy?

Take out orders are continuously wrong. I don’t get it. I place an on line order. How can you screw that up. It’s in writing. I ordered the steak with grilled avocado with garlic tomatoes and salad; its on your menu. I get steak with old broccoli, and rice that is under cooked. That’s it; no salad, no avocado, no garlic tomatoes. I ordered dessert. You offer 4 but somehow managed to screw that up as well. This is the 5th or 6th time you’ve screwed up a take out order. Get it together. If this was a sit down meal, you’d have to remake it. Do u just not care because it’s takeout? Also, we used the $ 10 gift that we received when I bought a gift card at Christmas time. Your employee told my husband he couldn’t use it because it was not a card. He had to tell her how to process it. I suggest better training or maybe better pay so that the employees actually care about the product they produce. Shameful and poor business practices considering the amount of restaurants in that area the consumers have to choose from. Off the list of places I will be spending my money at.

Sat at the bar and received terrible service. It took 15 minutes to get a drink, the bar tender forgot to put in our appetizer order. My wife ordered the new beef short rib enchilada and sent it back. The enchilada had no filling, the shell was hard as if stale and the dish lacked the salsa it was pictured with. This is our last time here.

My buddy and I go here almost every Friday afternoon. We made friends with one waitress there and always request her when we go. We get excellent service and she makes sure food is how we order it. Guess a tip would be to visit often and joke around with a waitress and request her each visit then you can get vip treatment. Hey it worked for me.

Just your average Chilis as far as food goes. I had a smokehouse burger Andy wife had fajitas. Both were pretty good. Nothing special. Our waitress was very friendly and did a very good job. It was a busy night. We’ll give it another try.

I try to avoid french fries, ordered mashed and gravy, of course was still served the fries. «Guacamole burger» was a total chain burger, disappointing.

This place is a big disappointment, compared to other local lunch places all within half a mile of here. I used to go here on my lunch break, as I work in the Business Park down the road. The price is right for the food, you can get a good lunch deal for $ 7-$ 10.that is, if you actually get seated right away and get served quickly. I can say I’ve been here at least 15 times before I wrote this review, and this is only getting 2 stars. Out of the many times I’ve been here, I’ve waited for approx 3 – 5 mins at the door waiting to be seated, when I saw multiple waitresses walking around ignoring the door. But on a few occasions, I have had waitresses actually hold the door open for me while I walk in and when I leave. Some times, I get seated right way, and when I do get seated, I always tell them that I am on an hour lunch break. Sometimes, the waitress understands. but other times, I’m rushing out the door to make it back to work in time. The point I am trying to make here, is that nothing is consistent but the food. I get the lunch portions so I think everything I’ve eaten it’s typical semi-fast food meal, so I can’t say much about the meals. But the service, there needs to be some consistency. When I go there,(which is still do because if the convenience), I would like to be able to know what to expect each time. Clearly, the management is not paying attention to how the customer interaction is being done, and this is important along with the meal.

I come here pretty often with my bff and her 3 year old daughter. We always have a great time trying out their new specialty margaritas and enjoy the 2 dinners for $ 20. Can’t beat it! I’m being overly fair giving them 4 stars, because I enjoy myself whenever I’m there. However, there is one waitress/busgirl that is the worst. She is forever slamming plates, and making snarls at the 3 year old in our group. I don’t know her name — she has a dark brown pony tail and not much else about her is noticeable besides her grouchy disposition. The food: I order the half rack of baby back ribs and literally lick the shiner rock bbq off my fingers when I’m done. I don’t usually want french fries with my meal and they easily accommodated me by allowing me to switch them out for a seasoned corn-on-the-cob. The children’s menu is great, our 3 year old loves it — but the Mac ‘N Cheese leaves something to be desired — is this reheated/microwaved? It appears to be out-of-the-box Kraft Mac ‘N Cheese made the day before, refrigerated, and heated to serve.

This place sucks plain and simple!!! I was asked to go here and out of the kindness of my heart I went. The meal I had actually made me sick while I was eating it, and that never had happen to me before. This place is a prime example why I don’t go to chain restaurants, I would’ve been happier with ramen noodles.
