I went into this nail salon with my cousins and it was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I went in for a pedicure and my first gel manicure. The pedicure came out well, but when we went over to get our gel manicures the gel on mine and my cousin’s nails started wrinkling and melting off. After three attempts, my nails turned out sub par(all I got was white). My cousin did not walk out with her nails painted, because they could not find black nail polish that wouldn’t wrinkle, her nails looked like raisins. We were there for around 3 hours trying to solve the problem… I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. Thank you for wasting our time and money!!!

I will not return to this location(there are so many nail salons within minutes of this place, there is no reason to risk another bad experience!) The technician attempted to get me to upgrade the type of pedicure I had asked for twice and after I politely said no, she acted rudely and proceeded to rush through the entire thing. She did not scrub my legs or feet for more than a few seconds, spent hardly any time at all with the hot stone massage, the nail polish is on my skin in some spots and the entire pedicure was done within 15 minutes. A group of four people came in for pedicures a few minutes after me and she seemed more concerned with moving on to them than doing a good job with me(and I had made an appointment.) Huge waste of money!

Terrible! They openly mocked and talked about customers. They clearly have no clue on anything about customer service. Woman made me bleed and yelled and me when I twitched and water got on the outside of tub. Very disappointing. Nails were poorly done and she asked me why my toes were so short!

Last Wednesday evening, I visited Lovely Nails And Spa in Raynham with my aunt. I have a good sight of this salon because of its simple but nice decoration. The receptionist introduced us Paraffin package which was on discount. Therefore, we selected this one for 10 percent off instead of 34 dollars each person as usual. The scent of paraffin was so pleasant that I was able to relieve my stress after a hard-working day. My aunts required the staff to paint her nail with ultramarine. In regards to my feet, I suggest painting Prussian Blue, which is my favorite color. With the skillful hands of the staff, our nails were more beautiful. I also get good information for my friends. If our group including 10 people or more, people will give us 10 percent sale-off service. I totally pleased with the high quality of service here. As a result, I will be back next week, together with 10 friends.

My kids love this place. They always get such great nails with very cute patterns that I can watch it all the time. The staff there are also friendly and professional, they treated to my kids kindly, patiently too. Great place for someone taking kids along with.

Expensive and rude… They lie about what they’re going to charge you as *everything*(down to changing a nail shape) is «extra» and charged on individual nail Basis… –_–

STAYAWAY! VERYRUDE! took the kids in there to get their nails painted 2 weeks ago. They told me they had nothing available but could take me in an hour, so we said ok. Waited around the plaza for an hour and when we came back in, the lady said she knew nothing about it and there were now 3 people ahead of us! Even after I told her we were SCHEDULED to be there at that time and techinically 1st anyway. She refused to give us our appt or go in the back and ask the guy. Come to think of it, I am pretty sure he even had me write their names down on a sign in sheet. But they still wouldn’t take us. Probably because they were getting less money out of kids painting their nails. I am sure of it. Bad business practices. My kids were SO disappointed. I had been promising them to do this for a month and when we finally had a small amount of time, it was nearly ruined by them! Luckily we found a different place on the way home who took us almost immediately and got them done just in time for our obligations.

Just moved to the area and I have been trying a few different salons. Today I went in for the«spa pedicure» only and it was great. Made an appointment and waited about 5−7min after that time, but it was worth the treatment. Best pedicure I have had so far! The only strange part was that after putting a mask on your feet they wrap it in a clear«trash bag» of sorts. Other than that, great experience.

Seeing that this salon got quite a good review, my mom and I decided to come and check it out. It’s not hard to miss but when seeing the exterior it was quite unflattering. We walked in and it didn’t seem busy, the nail technicians were able to take us right away. When my mom was looking at polish colors I was asking one of the nail technicians if it were possible to do the stiletto shape and seeming very unpleased she responded by saying it would cost about 30 dollars. I was completely astounded. For a fill and to file down the nail to that shape?! That was ridiculous. I questioned her when she gave me that reply as to why it would cost so much and she explained that because of the shape it would be more work. Poor them, I didn’t know it was so hard to file down a nail so much. It’s not as if they were using more product. Also, a fill on average cost can range from 13 – 20 dollars. 10 dollars extra just to file them down, I don’t think so. Quite disappointed, my mom and I told them that it was a ridiculous price and we weren’t interested. I understand that in this economy, money is hard to come by. But they have to take into consideration that customers aren’t made of money and if they’d like a returning customer who could also provide more clientele, they shouldn’t be requesting ridiculous prices.

I’m on almost 10,000 mile road trip and that means having to get my nails done on the road. I went to this salon because of their supposedly being voted the best nail salon in the area. I say supposedly because I do not know anything other than what they said. It was quite a busy place, but felt more like a highly focused, move the customers on through, type of place. The owner was very nice when I’d called and told him I had limited time availability and he fit me in. He was very nice when I arrived. The problem arose with the type of nails I have. They could not identify what products were on my nails. The nail tech tried to tell me I had a powdered gel, which I knew was not true. Then he said the shiny top surface also had to be gel, which was also not true. That’s when I got on the phone and called my manicurist so she could talk to them directly. Then the owner told me they did not have the right product my manicurist had used(a high end solar acryllic). However, they could do a fill, but it would be with a different product. I was so desperate to do SOMETHING that I agreed. The funny thing was that on my way back to the nail tech’s station, a customer in the pedicure chair asked me to stop and show her my nails. She said another salon ‘Rose Salon’ behind Chili’s restaurant had the product I needed. While she was talking, another customer at the nail station said ‘Yes, that is the place to go!’. It surprised me that two customers both said to go elsewhere, even though they were getting services themselves. The owner was a bit miffed and I didn’t blame him. I asked to pay for some of the nail techs time and he said no. I offered a tip to the nail tech and he also said no. So I left and will not return. However, I did rate them mid range as they were clean and they were nice. I do appreciate that they tried to work with me.
