Heard that this place had new owners, had good pizza and also delivered. Pizza was always just okay but sandwiches were not so decided to give it another try to see if any improvements. Our 20 minute promised delivery time turned into 1 hr and 20 minutes even after 2 follow-up calls to Raynham House of Pizza. Then of course by the time we got the pizza it was already cold. As bad as I remembered the sandwiches being with the old owner, these were MUCHMUCH worse. Both sandwiches were ordered WITHTHEWORKS. A chicken salad pocket was nothing more than chicken salad, which was like a creamy textureless pâté’, thinly spread on pita bread and«rolled into a cylinder». WHODOESTHAT??? Not even a piece of lettuce with it. A steak and cheese grinder WITHTHEWORKS came with nothing but steak and semi-melted cheese(cheese was only on ½ of the sandwich). Very dry and unappealing on a very stale roll. Nothing else, not even mayonnaise on it. The pizza was decent, maybe a 7 out of 10. For that reason only I’ll give it 1 star. If I could give minus stars for the sandwiches I would. Save your money and your time and DONOTGOTOTHISRESTAURANT. I certainly will not be going back. Hopefully someone gets to see this review. I’ve already seen some bad reviews for this restaurant miraculously disappear. I expect this one to get deleted too.

For a first time delivery order: Pizza was good, we liked it a lot. Hubby also ordered a pepperoni sub with tomato and lettuce with very specific instructions about how he wanted it made and what he wanted on it. The sub arrived with onions and chopped pickles(very hard to pick off) which were never mentioned by either the cashier taking the order nor my husband. If there are going to be extras on a food order, it should at least be mentioned by the employee to make sure the customer wants it made that way. Tried calling back immediately after the order arrived to let them know of the error but no one answered the phone. We assumed they had just closed because we were their last delivery of the evening at around 8:30pm. At this point I’m assuming the incorrect order is just going to go unresolved unless they read their Unilocal reviews.

Great subs, big portions and reasonable prices. The owners just need to show down and pay attention more. Had to repeat myself and felt they were rushing me. But the food was really good!

I really don’t know why I bothered giving this place one more shot at getting it right. I warned my friends about ordering from here about how they just can’t seem to get the order right. My friends have complained about this in the past as well as I have but yet one friend always gets us to try them again. So this time we order, we go to pick up the food and they forgot a salad that we ordered. So we had to wait no big deal, figured if that was the worst that could happen this time around no biggie. Of course the total for the order changed because of what they considered a add on to the order. They did not offer a discount or even an apology for the mix up. But then since the new owner seems bent on thinking they can do no wrong it is not really surprising. It would be more surprising if an apology were offered. Finally get the order home and of course my order is screwed up. I ordered baked spaghetti with meatball and I get penne with almost no cheese, little sauce two tiny meatballs. My friend offered to go back with me but I declined, I already know the owner will just claimed I am trying to get free food and cost him money. The pasta was really, really salty too. So once again it is a bust, I really hope my friends stop wanting to give this place another shot. Seriously I think the only reason they keep wanting to order from there is that it’s close. As for me I’m done my stomach can’t take anymore of the down hill food they keep serving.
