Been waiting in line for 20 minutes to drop off a package. No acknowledgement by staff or management.

Have had great experiences at this store. Management as well as associates have been helpful. I have noticed that the last year it has been better but I don’t remember it being horrible.

Horrible !! It’s a joke that this place calls itself an «office» store. It’s a great place to buy overpriced school supplies and that’s it. I have been going to this store for years (i have a home office and live in the area so I am stuck dealing with it) and the management has always been clueless. The copy center is always understaffed and the mgr will wander around the store while the one poor girl stresses out with a line a mile long. I stopped by today to make a couple of simple copies… i should have known better. You can’t print off a thumb drive using the copiers (color only). I was directed to use the computers and print from them. It’s costs $.25 per hour to log on… really? And of course the girl behind the copy counter was swamped. I needed the copies to complete my task list. So frustrating.
Yes, I could have logged in and spent a few cents… it’s the principal.
