HORRIBLE customer service. They are completely unwilling to work with customers. Will not do exchanges on brand new parts. I just bought a house in Raytown and wanted to upgrade all of my kitchen appliances. I prefer to shop local, however, they have insured I will not be spending thousands of dollars with them after the poor treatment my neighbor received.

It is a rare find when you come across a business with such a helpful and informative employees. I bought a washer/dryer set from them over 9 yrs ago and it’s still just as perfect as when we bought it! Plus, they will haul off your old set!!! That is a service that has gone to the wayside so take advantage. I’ve also called and asked questions on several different occasions and each time I was put in touch with the right people immediately. Thank you all for being so incredibly nice and helpful!
