I have lived near this Wendy’s for 10 years. This place had the longest drive thru wait EVERYTIME you go. Poor attitudes at the window. Food isn’t stellar/​hot. Don’t kid yourself and think going inside will make your wait less either. This place is one customer at a time. Nothing has changed. In. 10. Years.

Longest wait in the drive thru line I’ve ever had. THEN poor customer service at the window. Bad attitudes, average food, and a lengthy wait isn’t worth the convenient location being right off 63rd street.

This Wendy’s is the absolute worst! Don’t ever go to the drive thru here unless you want to wait 45 minutes for the WRONG food!
They are constantly out of something! Half the time when they are out of something they don’t tell you they just make the food without one of the ingredients and then give it to you anyway hoping you won’t notice.
One morning I went there for breakfast and they were out of eggs AND biscuits for the breakfast sandwiches?! Who runs out of eggs when you are serving breakfast? This place needs new management and fast!

I can’t stop criticizing this place… because its horrible… in every way possible… no matter when you go there.
My previous reviews recalled all the crazy fist fights and 911 calls that I witnessed inside of this place.
Be prepared to wait a super long time for your food whether its dine-​in or drive-​thru.
Well, I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger craving tonight. It was bound to happen again some time. I pulled up to the ordering thing and waited exactly 2 minutes (I counted) without a single word from an employee. I drove away,
Guess that was a sign to stick to my diet.
This Wendy’s is worthless. Close it down.

The worst wendy’s in town. Last time I went there, at 10:09 am, they told me ‘we dont have any breakfast”. I said «but you serve breakfast until 10:30. «She said «well we dont have any… we trying to get ready for lunch.» I said «whatever» and havent looked back.
