This location is really hit or miss. I’ve only ever done drive through at this location and the people working the window are either overly nice or incredibly rude. One time I waited over half an hour for my food and they gave me a free taco and a free drink with my order. Sometimes they forget to give me my sauce or a straw. Overall not too bad of a Taco Bell.

It’s your basic taco bell, but they always come through for my dumb ass when I break the app, which is often. Plus they’ve only messed up my order once in my plethora of taco bell experiences, and the whole mistake was an extra burrito on my end. Not bad.

This was the longest wait for food. It took us over 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous!

Friendly staff and decent food. Sure, it’s your normal Taco Bell fare, but it’s nice to be GREETED and THANKED for your business. You don’t always get that.

Day staff sucks. Night staff is awesome! My orders during the day are almost always messed up, missing pieces, or just wrong completely. Night staff handles the customer much better, they are friendly and patient, ask if you want sauce and plastic ware. Overall, much better at nights. Now that they have breakfast, I am forced to go during the day. However, I always check and double check my bag before leaving.

Food was good. Please wipe off tables and sweep the floor. Gross.

Thankfully something changed over the last few months. The employees are much more pleasant now which makes the experience far better than before. I use to dread going there.

Raytown is ghetto. This Taco Bell is the midst of all the ghetto. The drive thru employees are usually rude. I promised myself I would never step foot in this Taco Bell location again after I devoured a taco and it made my hands turn red and burn like fire… Yet, the craving for cheap, greasy Mexican is too much to ignore. Consequently I have met the nicest fast food employee ever! His name is Lavel(or something really similar… I lost the receipt). Lavel greets each and every customer with a huge smile and«How are you doing today?» as soon as you walk in the door. Each and every time without fail no matter how busy he is at the register. No fast food employee had ever made me laugh while ordering. Lavel does. After you place your order, Lavel flashes you a charming smile and hands you a piece of green paper, asking you to take a survey based on their customer service. Sure, Taco Bell probably hired Lavel to boost their ratings since they obviously needed help. But either way, I’m glad Lavel is there.
