If I could give a negative star I would. My experience was not dining here or ordering. It was on the phone. When a rude kid answered the phone like his house phone, I literally had to ask if I was calling SONIC. He whistled the whole time while I was waiting for the manager to get to the phone, heard him cussing in the background, then left me on hold till I hung up and called back. Assuming since I was going to speak with the manager I was going to speak with a person with a higher IQ… Well lets just say you should never assume, quite possibly one of the worst experiences in my field. Your only as good as your leader, so I can easily see why the staff is so disappointing and unprofessional, no wonder this location has one star.

Great break from healthy, logical foods and the iced drinks will give you brain freeze! I now and again drop by 2 different Sonics and have the exact same experience. They excel at guilty pleasure. Mine is the chili dogs(sadly with beans) and great strawberry or watermelon drinks. Often the food is cold but when I get it hot I give the overworked server a generous tip and tell them why they got a good tip as it is their attitude and effort. I go to 1 Bastrop when I am there and it is the exact same thing. Will I come back. Yes. However, it is best not to in the winter as the food seems to get colder faster.

The only reason I ever stop here is because it’s on my way home. This is the worst sonic in America. I’ve been here like eight times, And I swear every time they are out of whatever I want to order. Sorry we are out of tater tots, sorry we are out of Coca-Cola, sorry ice cream machine is broken today. I don’t know if the employees lie because they don’t want to do any work or if this is really ran by the most incompetent management/ownership.
