Papa John’s Pizza

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!! Would put zero stars if possible!!! Waited on pizza for over an hour when got an estimated time of 30. Called to see what was going on and the rude girl on the phone lied about when she got the order. When the pizza finally did come, it was cold. If I wasn’t such a passive person, I would go up there and ask why she lied when the receipt says the truth and ask for a refund.

Pizza and cookie were overcooked. The food took way too long to be delivered and it tasted old when it got here. This Papa Johns has done better in the past but this was disappointing.

I love Papa Johns pizza! Way better than Pizza Hut or any of the other fast food pizza joints.

I order delivery from PapaJohn’s and I have not had any issues. The pizzas are good and the way I order them. No complaints here. I absolutely love their large hot cookie. Plus they send out coupon specials everyday. From ordering with them whenever I want pizza, I have earned enough points to receive a free pizza. They receive an A from me!

Recently ordered a pizza and they forgot to deliver the 2 liter of Dr Pepper. I didn’t realize I never received it until the next morning, so I called them and the manager stated that I could either come get it myself or call the toll free number. Called the toll free number and they ended up calling the store back because they could not resolve it either. After on hold for a bit she came on to tell me that their general store manager would have to call me back (over a 2 liter of Dr Pepper keep in mind) with a solution. How could they have resolved this? Well, it would have been great if they had a driver bring the 2 liter that I paid to have delivered along with the tip I gave him, but apparently my concern was only brushed off and I’ve not been back since. Another concern is they make the claim that they use better ingredients for a better pizza. However, after eating here I’ve always regretted it and the amount if sodium in the pizza will have you drinking a lot of water afterwards. I recommend people support local, smaller business who don’t take shortcuts or pass up a customer’s concerns because they are such a large company.

I tried to order pizza at this location and it was a horrible experience. They were two and a half hours late delivering and after I had called twice (and getting two different stories from the same guy) I just asked if I should cancel my order. They apologized and I got the pizza about 30 minutes later.
