Dunkin’ Donuts

Got a gift card and decided to stop by around lunch time. Ordered a ham and cheese and strawberry coolatta. Service was good but the food was terrible… Sandwich tasted like an air port terminal. Gobs of yellow cheese on what seemed like bread that looked like French toast. Couldn’t finish it. The drink was oddly bad too. First I though coolattas came with whip cream, I guess not any more? The best thing about it was that it was cold… For Some reason even though it was red in color it tasted like a banana. Overall I will not be going back here. It was so bad I threw it all out and got food else where, I guess it’s a good thing I got it with a gift card.

Horrible service. I have been coming to this location for the past 5 – 6 years and it was great. Don’t know why but… I have noticed for the past 7 months to a year there service is really bad. Employees very unfriendly, wait 15– minutes last time for a coffee. Just not a good experience. I found out it was sold to a new owner. I think if the new owner reads this review. Please pay attention to your store cuz it’s going down in quality and service. I wanna keep on coming here but…, by the way things are looking I might have to choose another location because it’s getting bad. I really hate to give anyone s bad review but… Maybe this review will get things better.

Came here at 9pm for our free coffee on national coffee day and they closed early! Jerks

I’ll drive to another Dunkin Doughnuts! Drive through line is ALWAYS long and takes FOREVER! The lady at the drive through is CRAZY! she gave me the wrong coffee and when I asked to get it corrected, she flipped on me and told me I had such a confusing coffee order, she didn’t know what I wanted! Sorry but a French Vanilla coffee with extra cream and extra liquid sugar isn’t hard

I’ve given up. I have tried countless times to order a medium iced coffee with skim milk and one pump of caramel. Every single time I get it, I need to bring it back in to have it corrected because it is WAY too sweet. I have tried saying” please make sure it is just one pump”… Doesn’t matter. Today my coffee tasted like chemicals. I’m never going here again. Worst Dunkin Donuts.

In my past two trips there I have had three bad experiences which all boil down to customer service. The food is good so there are no complaints there. My issues are
1. I ordered an iced coffee with a splash of H&H. They handed me a white coffee there was so much H&H in it. I asked for a new one and they were friendly enough to do that for me but I am almost certain they walked away and brought me the same coffee because it was just as white. I took it as to not hold up the drive-​thru line.
2. I went in today and ordered a #10, Medium coffee, turkey sausage flat bread and an order of hash browns. The manager argued with me that hash browns did not come with a number ten even though it was clearly on the sign. Even after I pointed it out and she saw that I was right she still charged me for them. It was only .99 however there was no excuse for her to argue with me when the price is right there. If your sign is not correct then change it.
3. When I went to leave I tried to walk out of the door and found that it was locked. There are two doors that swing open and I’m referring to the right door only, meaning only the left one was unlocked. There were no signs stating that the door was broken, it was simply locked. To my knowledge and please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that this is illegal.
Overall food-​wise this Dunkin Donuts is fine. Its quick and good but the customer service is sub-​par.

I love how fast the drive through is! Can always guarantee a 2 min stop during the morning rush. One gripe… I will sometimes come and ask if they have boston crème, and they always seem to be out when I ask lol popular I guess?
