I have been going to Healthy Changes for 6 months now. I notice that I have much more flexibility and strength. The teachers are great. I usually have either Lisa or Erika. They are literally hands-on. They make sure you are doing all the exercises correctly in order to get the full benefit from them. I always leave the class feeling invigorated.

It’s been over a year since my last review, and I’m still devoted to Heathy Changes Pilates. The best part of Pilates is that it strengthens the practitioner both physically and mentally. The more you connect your muscles and your mind, the more challenging it gets. Exercises that were«easy» when I first started now take all my focus and energy to perform correctly. Thanks to the great instructors here,(Hi, Lisa! Hi, Erika! Hi, Elaine! Hi, Lea! Hi, Karen!) I keep learning and improving, adding a bit of precision and flow each time. The hour-long class still flies by.

I started going to Healthy Choices after a few years of back and hip pain. I was plateauing with physical therapy and getting really bored with physical therapy. Erika and her team are great! I found that my Pilates are more effective for helping my hip and back and the attention I receive is really tailored to my body. Plus it is an really nice studio with a very friendly clientele. Overall a place I want to spend time. I can see the results already and I am still new to Pilates. My only negative is that I didn’t start here years ago! It seems a bit pricey at first glance but once you get set up with a plan it is really no more than any other workout experience around. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Great place. Everyone is so nice and knows your name. I love being acknowledged when I walk in the door. Great place to do Pilates.
