Everytime I get a caramel macchiato here it tastes different depending on who’s making it. I always get a Venti and lately they’ve been filling it MAYBE ¾ of the way to the top. If I’m paying almost $ 6 for a drink I expect it to be full. Especially when you’re charging me $.60 extra for soy milk. The girl at the register had no idea what she was doing — messed up on a transaction in front of me and asked me three times what kind of sandwich is was again that I wanted? As if she literally had never heard of bacon egg and Gouda before, then took another 5 minutes to find it on the screen. This place has gone downhill by the day.

The barista went above and beyond to show my mom how to reload her card and didn’t lose his patience with her when she just couldn’t quite get it. Helped both of us with a smile and the drinks were great, too! You know what you’re getting when you go to Starbucks, but an extra smile makes it seem a bit more special.

I would give this starbucks a better review but there is one lady there that needs an attitude check badly. The other staff is friendly but the rudeness of this one is lady enough to not go into this store again…
I do wish she was not so rude because I liked this store until she served me the fourth time and was rude for the fourth time now I do not want to risk going in there and having her ruin my time.

Happened upon it while in the neighborhood, and checked in to remember to review it because the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Yes, it’s a chain, but the good people who work there deserve a good review, and we’ll definitely swing by this particular Starbucks again if we were in the area.

I love walking into this Starbucks and being greeted with the awesome staff who only after one visit (recently just switched job locations) remembered my coffee order! Let’s just say that’s more than any dunk’s can do! (including making a good coffee)
This is usually a busy spot, parking is scarce, but the staff definitely makes up for it!

Nothing out of the ordinary at this Starbucks. Although I don’t usually like to support chain restaurants when there’s a locally-​owned alternative, I must confess that I am addicted to Chai Tea Lattes (non-​fat milk with no water, if you must know) so I tend to visit this Starbucks a fair amount when I’m out running errands or on my way to the train. I’ve found the morning staff (which is the only time I’ve visited this Starbucks) to be *very* friendly (which is not the case at every Starbucks I’ve been to) and they make my Chai exactly the way I like it…
