This place is a disaster on the weekends. Not a single smile or cheerful person behind that counter.

This is the Starbucks I visit more frequently on my way to work. 5 stars for always being happy, bright and inviting as a staff. Additional stars for always getting my drink(and 80% of the time getting my name) correct. I love this particular branch.

Super nice and polite staff at this store. The man at the counter called me miss and not ma’am which I certainly appreciate at my young age, then referred to me by name after I gave it to him for the cup. Although there were a lot of people waiting, the staff greeted me with a smile and had my drink ready in about 5 minutes. Caramel macchiato satisfied my caffeine craving and up to Starbucks standards. Recently done over and love the layout. Got a lot of stares from customers but I tend to look around myself. It also could be because I hadn’t brushed my hair yet and was wearing leggings as pants. Clearly I don’t care. Will definitely be back here!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Super-nice staff, and ample seating since the redesign. They have a Clover machine too.

I’m the rookie in my department and I do the coffee pick-ups. This place is fast and accurate, however, the employee’s voices are too acute — this one girl is like nails on a chalk board. There’s no need for that sweetie, you’re making me cringe!

This location has friendly and fast service no matter when I drop by. The staff usually remembers exactly what I tend to order for a drink and has it ready by the time I make it up to the counter. The other Starbucks in the area don’t compare.

Yes, it’s just another another Starbucks, so why review it? Easy on/off access from 128 and close to the 93⁄128 interchange – this shop’s convenient location makes justifying stopping for a beverage easy. Traffic unusually light today? Take a detour and stop in for a cup o’ joe! You’ve got time! Or more likely, have you been crawling bumper to bumper for 30 minutes or more? Stop and reclaim your sanity with a latte! You’re going to be late anyways. I feel like a traitor to my more local ‘bucks, but it actually saves me commute time to bypass the one closest to my house and stop here. Aside from convenience of locations, the morning staff is very efficient. Even on the rare occasion that I’ve been in a line of four people in front of me, I don’t think it’s ever taken me more than five minutes to get in and out with my iced coffee. Of course, understand that if I’m stopping here, it’s before 7 am, so it may not be mobbed as Jim M describes in his review, but even at that ungodly hour they still seem to have a steady stream of customers.

This review isn’t specifically about this location, however it’s about Starbucks in general. They pretend to have a «rewards» program where you use their green rewards card 30 times to get to a gold status. Easy for me since I happen to go to a Starbucks on my way to work just about every other day. I got my gold card, but all of a sudden you can’t reload the balance online. This has been going on for two and a half months now. After the first few weeks of not being able to reload the card I called customer service. They apologize, but they do nothing about it, saying there’s an error with my bank. I don’t see how my bank affects their system. I’ve since talked to a few friends who also visit Starbucks enough to try the rewards program. Every single person I talk to is having problems reloading their gold card. So essentially since you can’t easily reload the card, you can’t earn enough stars to warrant a free cup of coffee. I’ve contacted customer service a few more times, either by email or over the phone. In email they say they can’t help me over email(so why have a customer service email address???) When I call, their answering service says they’re not currently open. Every single time. Weekday, weeknight, weekend. So the rewards program, like their customer service, is totally bogus vaporware. Enough with the bad customer service! I understand the people that work in the stores are nice, but if corporate screws customers over this bad, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. See ya!

I’m a starbucks fan. The location doesn’t much matter to me. This location is a little more convenient than the others, but the menu’s don’t change from place to place. I’ve been on a Passion Tea Lemonade kick(great with splenda instead of syrup) and the egg white, spinach, feta on wheat wrap is always a sensible choice for breakfast. Staff is friendly, never too long a wait no matter how long the line. Atmosphere is nice, and outdoor seating makes it a great place to enjoy the morning sun after a workout. I like it.

I’m normally not one to review branches of huge chains, but this Starbucks is very conveniently located in an expansive shopping area where you can get loads done(groceries, Staples, etc.) and the staff was considerably happier and friendlier than the vast majority of Starbucks I’ve been to in the past. Thumbs up!

So I’ve only been going to this location because the one I normally go to is closed due to renovations(its been a week already, can we speed this up please?) but anyways, I was delighted to see that they added a few more choices to their food selection(yes I went to Starbucks for lunch). I got this new Bistro Box, which had tuna, green beans, wheat crackers, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes. It was delicious. And for those of you who are trying to watch your girl-ish figure, it was a little over 300 calories, 190 from fat, 4g of sugar(not that I was checking or anything!) Oh and of course I had to get my Passionfruit Iced-Tea Lemonade, so yummy! There was a little bit of a wait, but still quick and efficient(unlike Dunks) for lunch break!

They closed the Starbucks in the Stop and Shop and I am glad. The two times I went in there, there was no one there, the coffee was in no way Starbucks coffee and they did not have sugar. WHATCOFFEESHOPDOESNOTHAVESUGAR??? BUT…this place in the plaza next to the old Bear Rock Café is GREAT! Constantly a nice flow of people. Great to people watch. Outdoor seating on a nice day. Once again, only one counter to add sugar, cream, etc. And this place is busy, so you usually have to wait forever. Everything here has usually been good. I gave it 4 stars because I am still mad at Starbucks for taking away my favorite sandwich… the spinach, feta and egg sandwich and replacing it with a nasty wrap. Starbuck is not more expensive… Contrary to popular belief… go to Dunkin Donuts, buy a large iced coffee. Yes the cup is bigger, but they add ice first! Then add coffee. Starbucks adds coffee first then ice. AHHHHHHA. So the 24 ounce cup at Dunkins is only filled up maybe about 12 – 16 ounces of coffee. WATEREDDOWNCOFFEE. Starbucks fills their cup with at least 14 ounces and the rest ice. So price at Dunkins $ 2.49 or so. Haven’t gone in a while not up on their price. Starbucks…$ 2.60. FORSTRONGERCOFFEE, WORTHTHEPRICEDIFFERENCE. Now Coffee Coolatta, large…$ 4.00 or so? Frappucino large w whipped cream $ 4.00 or so? Maybe you get a little more from Dunkins, but Starbucks is better.

It’s a Starbucks… Over priced coffee. That I can’t resist. Small, uncomfy seating area. And a staff that seems to forget orders or get backlogged really easily… A lot. Not sure why this one has this problem as opposed to the other 10 ‘bucks I go to in the Boston area…

The only reason I get coffee here is for those yummy vanilla bean scones; my usual Starbucks across the street at Stop & Stop doesn’t carry it. Service is generally fine except I don’t believe employees need to be told twice about something quick and simple like iced coffee. This complaint is specifically about 2 Baristas this morning, and they were the same ones who made we wait unnecessarily the last time. The traffic to Boston is bad enough. So the fist time, one Barista took orders while another made drinks. But then nobody was behind me, so rather than complete my order, she proceeds to have a personal conversation with an arriving co-worker. This morning, it was the same 2 Baristas; the shorter, older one filled the quick orders while the other made espresso. Yet, I was irritated to again wait because rather than hand me my iced coffee, she placed it behind the counter where the other girl was making espresso. I had to tell another employee to get my drink, otherwise, I would still be waiting. It’s annoying that those 2 can’t effectively manage workflow, especially when it’s busiest in the morning. I can accept waiting when it’s simply busy with customers, but when employees are incompetent, that’s poor service.
