My husband a I had a great buying experience at this dealership. Everyone was more than helpful and not on you at all for sales. I worked with a few different people and one was more helpful than the next. The process of test driving a few different cars and learning about the different features was also very informative.
The best part of my experience was they did an outstanding job figuring what my needs where and how to match my needs with what I could afford. I had so many different options to pick from so we tailored something that was perfect for my family.
The next step was now dealing the financial part of the making a deal structured for what I could afford. There were so many different options, but they made it seamless which my family appreciates very much.
I was so excited about getting my new truck and glad I came to George Wall for really a great buying experience from start to finish. Everything that was agreed upon was there for me like promised and I picked up my new truck. My truck was in a reserved spot waiting for me and completely detailed. I know now that I will be coming back for my next car or truck. The best part is the truck !!

My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience at this ford dealership. From the minute we pulled in and step foot inside the building, we were met by a team of specialists that would rather socialize with one another than to greet and help a customer. During our time with the salesman, we were left like sitting ducks several different times. This would be fine, if he was actually leaving us to do his job, but when a salesman leaves you to make a copy of your ID, this should only take a few minutes, not ten. That clearly says to us, that he was socializing rather than making a quick copy like they do at other dealerships we’ve been to. Furthermore, general sales questions were not answered properly or efficiently. At the end of our meeting, we asked a finance question in which our salesman did not know the answer to. He left to get the answer, which is fine, but after waiting for over five minutes for him to return (this was our third time being left to sit and twiddle our thumbs), my husband went to find him. My husband knocked on the door of the office he was in, and overheard a group of five men standing around talking about normal BS. The final straw was when the manager immediately told my husband that he’d, «call him back», and signaled him to get out of his office. My husband came back to where I was sitting, waiting for now ten minutes, and said «that’s it, we’re leaving». He let the sales team know that we found this to be a very unprofessional staff and that we won’t be returning.
The only positive of this experience was that the salesman was nice and we did enjoy the cars we drove. However, if we do decide to buy a ford, we will be buying it from another dealership.

I absolutely loved my experience at George Wall. Everyone I spoke to was more than helpful and not pushy at all. I worked primarily with Bob, who took tons of time with me and didn’t push me into a decision at all. Matt and Pat were also extremely kind and helpful, walking me through the whole process and being so patient. This has been the bet car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I will definitely be a repeat custo
