LOVE Poor Cat!!! What is not to love? It is AMERICAN MADE and is so classic it can be worn every day anywhere can be dressed up for formal occassions and is totally wearable on the beach, in the water and at the gym no need to take it off there is something for everyone i love the tahitian black pearls which look gorgeous on any color leather (they offer many colors to suit your style & personality)
I never take my Poor Cat Designs cross or pearls off love them!!!
and as for the staff, they are all very friendly and eager to help you find that special piece whether it be a gift or just for you.

Not sure how to rate this. Their merchandise is pretty but expensive. Their staff is lazy. My daughter had gotten an 18k gold diamond cross for Christmas. The leather necklace was not appropriately knotted and broke after one wear. When I went back to fix it, they were not even going to give me a new $ 5 leather band for a $ 2k charm. I am not sure if it was just laziness or stupidity on their part. Either one not a good mix for future business.

Are Poor Cat necklaces expensive for what you get? Yes, in my opinion, they are. Do I still think they are awesome? Yes. I went today for a gift for my daughter and had a great experience. The salespeople couldn’t have been nicer. They were friendly and made great suggestions without being pushy. The products are hand crafted and well made. I don’t hesitate going here, I just get ready to breathe deeply when I’m told the price.

Where do I begin to tell eager customers that this store happens to be horrible. From the look of it, you would assume it was a cool chic store that was eager to make money. That is not the case here. These people are so disrespectful and unappreciative of paying customers. Not only do they totally look past you as you walk in but treat you like garbage. If you arnt willing to spend 700 and over on a dinky charm they have, they won’t even look at you. No only is all of it bullshit that is worth nearly a bunch of cents but the customer service is horribly nasty. I would never recommend buying from them, just go on
and pay a whopping 10 dollars instead of 120.
