Good smoothie, polite staff. I was coming from the gym so I asked for a high protein-low carb smoothie. I had the Gladiator, chocolate with banana and peanut butter, not sure if they used an actual banana. A ‘medium’ cost $ 8.55, cha-ching. I’ll be shopping for whey protein this week.

This place is just fine. My only issue is that, to me, a smoothie should only have frozen fruit and yogurt, and their smoothies have a lot more ingredients(like protein powder etc.). Last time I asked for a smoothie the way I wanted it, it was really expensive.

This is by far the best of the smoothie chains. And, this store in particular is chock full of great high protein and low fat snacks in addition to a plethora of vitamins and supplements. The staff are also super friendly and very helpful when you need some guidance to pick the perfect smoothie. (I tried the Berry Stimulating Mate, one of the newer smoothies, today. As usual, it rocked.)

I usually stop by the Smoothie King in Red Bank, NJ at least once a week. Of all the smoothie shops that I have tried Smoothie Kings are the best and the Red Bank store is my favorite shop. I usually get the 40 oz Hulk. This smoothie takes two blenders to make but it is a great meal replacement and it has lots of protein. While the Hulk is not for everyone there is a large number of other smoothies that will meet your needs.
