Have you been hoping and wondering, like me, when at least one restaurant, somewhere, someday, somehow would serve gluten, wheat, and/or dairy free fare that actually tasted like it wasn’t gluten, wheat and/or dairy free? Well, welcome to KITCH organic, Pilgrim. Your search has ended. This place is so AWESOME that the«ladies who lunch» bunch are willing to venture into the West Side of Red Bank for a sandwich or salad. That is a pretty amazing recommendation in itself and probably says more about KITCH Organic than you’ll read in this and other reveiws. But don’t be surprised to also see the ladies standing and sitting next to builders and construction tradesmen who are busy revitalizing houses in that neighborhood. KITCH draws quite an eclectic crowd, and it’s no wonder. The food is uniformly outstanding and the portions are construction worker size, not«ladies who lunch» size. So get yourself over to KITCH before it really gets discovered!

The secret is out! This new organic restaurant in Red Bank is THE Spot to go to. The Signature KO salad is a must. Every special seems to be better than next on. The food, atmosphere and staff make this a place my favorite go to spot!

We were in need of a vegan entrée for some of our Christmas Eve guests and Kitch came through in a major way. The owner was able to accommodate us with a vegan shepard’s pie which was delicious(even to my non-vegan preference) and reasonably priced. All of the ingredients were really fresh and well prepared. The space itself is beautiful and so welcoming. We saw two ladies eating a kale salad which looked awesome and will definitely be in our near lunch date future.

I RARELY give 5 stars(regardless if I make posts on an app or not!) but I am thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. I have been eating organic for several years, but there are few companies that can blend vegan raw and organic into an exceptional combination of taste, presentation, quality, and of course service! Try the turkey sandwich or the chicken soup! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing new organic restaurant in Red Bank. They have fresh organic juice, the vegetables are all organic, meats are organic and free range and it is also wheat and dairy free! The staff was very nice and extremely knowledgeable and the owner is a very nice guy. My wife and I had some questions about their fermented vegetables so the chef came out to discuss how she ferments and what ingredients she uses, it’s all done in house and they sell them as well. Being that we caught them during the first few days of a soft opening the menu was limited. My wife had the Green Pea Falafel which was interesting and I had the Southwest Turkey, highly recommended. Both came with a salad that looked like they pulled the vegetables right out of the garden! Décor is great, a modern rustic feel and the whole seating area over looks the kitchen which I thought was a great idea, however the seating area is small. It seems that it’s going to be big on «grab and go» so seating must not be a priority. If enough people eat their food I think they will need to expand, quickly. The area definitely needed a place like this. Anyone who enjoys fresh organic food needs to get there, a must in my opinion.
