We had the Chicken Pesto crêpe and the Funfetti Waffle with Nutella and vanilla Gelato. The Waffle was incredibly light and fluffy, with crispy edges and a soft center. The crêpe was extremely soft as well, and they had an incredible Pesto spread. I’d rate the just a bit better than the crêpe but both were incredible.

One of my favorite places to go! The crepes are amazing as well as the hot chocolate. All decently priced and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area or to even make a trip solely for these crepes

I have been here more times than I can count. Today, a Wednesday, it was completely empty except a couple sitting outside. We were told to pick a table and someone would be over to take our order. We waited 15 minutes as we watched walk ins ordering take out and leaving while we still waited. I finally asked if they wanted us to go up and order, she said no and finally the girl came to our table. It’s been 15 minutes since we ordered our crepes and we are still waiting. As long as the crepes continue to be delicious I will keep coming but if it keeps happening, I may change my mind.

I really wanted to love it. It was a cute store front, cute and clean store and the staff was very very nice, but the crepes were really not crepes. You know, those delicate, eggy, buttery french crepes. They definitely were more americanized, tasting more like thin pancakes than anything. The fillings are too sweet too, not for my taste. And I have a sweet tooth! Ive had the apple pie crêpe and the crêpe suzette(which is so simple I was surprised that it wasn’t what I thought it’d be) and both were pancake-y like batter and too sweet. The suzette(which is like an orange marmalade on the inside) was definitely from a can. Just cloyingly sweet and not that great. The apple pie one was slightly better, they did have a nice serving of pie in there, but it was most definitely canned apple pie filling and not in house made caramel. Nothing wrong with not real homemade caramel, just was expecting something a little better. So overall, not very excited to go back, still wishing hopefully it’ll be better if I ever do.

Awesome place. Delicious everything’s. When you walk in it smells soooo good. Place lives up to its rep. Parents bragged that we had to try it and it’s better tab they described.

The best hidden gem in Red Bank!!! We were on our way to lunch when my cousin pointed out this place and told me about the s’mores crêpe she had. After lunch I said I would give this place a try. Literally one of the BEST crepes I ever had! My cousin is not a huge fan of the chocolate sauce they put on it, so we put Nutella on as a substitute and it just made it 100x better. I was certainly not disappointed. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff too. They also have other options besides crepes and they even have lunch and dinner crepes too which I thought was interesting. I will definitely back next time I’m in the area.

Friendly, attentive, accommodating staff. I love that they have a GF option!!! It’s so hard having Celiac Disease. And, the staff always cleans the pan before they make my crêpe. I get the classic & it’s enough to split with my bf. The serving is excellent. Also, sometimes GF grains taste terrible & better if you DIY. NOT the case here. They use a delicious buckwheat which they masterfully balance with chocolate, banana, strawberry & nutella. Highly recommend for a date night – it’s date night kind of food. My FAVORITE dessert spot in NJ. However, I wish they had more seating! Hopefully, in the future they will? On a nice night in Red Bank, crepes can be taken in a doggie bag, eaten on a bench under the stars.

Super nice staff and really heat crepes. It was our first visit here and we were sitting next to a few women that are regulars. The staff was nice and gave us some good recommendations. We wound up speaking with the owner and he was very nice and recommended a few other restaurants for dinner. I am giving it five stars, but … The place is clean, but definitely needs a touch up. The chairs need to be tightened, table tops redone, and some other minor cosmetic stuff.

Best Crêpe place in Monmouth County!!! The staff accommodated every request we had. The sweet crepes are worth any ride you have to make to get there. Great for dessert after having a nice dinner out. I will be back!!!

Good friendly service! I would recommend for a late night snack or an early morning breakfast treat… I guess evening or morning depends on how you plan your evening… Hint, hint mmmm! :). Maybe you’ll get lucky and have late night snacks and breakfast!

I don’t have much of a point of reference when it comes to how a crêpe should taste considering the number of times I’ve had them fits on one hand. In all but my most recent experience at Whipped, I had opted for a Nutella crêpe. Simple and plain, it highlighted the Nutella more than the crêpe itself. Today at Whipped, everything changed when I took the dive into a breakfast crêpe filled with scrambled egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, and goat cheese. It was the best risk I’ve taken this year… granted its only January 17th. After an Espresso Macchiato and reading the Whipped story on my placemat, I sat for a solid 20 – 30 minutes after ordering, a bit longer than I’m usually comfortable waiting for a meal of this nature. Considering I didn’t know much about the foray of crêpe cuisine, I just chalked up the wait to the nailing the art form that would soon hit my palate. We noticed one of the owners was our server, an important touch to a successful restaurant, especially in a saturated food scene like Red Bank. I was satisfied with my dish but they had forgotten the side of fruit which would have helped balance it nicely. I will likely take a jump into something more dessert driven on my next visit. Whipped is a unique spot that is worth a Hamilton and it won’t likely cost you much more. Though the service may be slow, this creperie will whip your metabolism into 5th gear.

Had this last night. Wish I had known about it earlier. We had Starbucks and made room for this. I got a cookies and cream waffle. Came with Gelato and it was huge! Way too much to handle even if I was very hungry. Ill be coming back to try and eat the whole thing next time.

We stopped here for a bite before the b-day dinner. It was almost a dinner killer as I have never seen crepes so big and filled with so much deliciousness. The Cuban crêpe was just that and it was savory and amazing. I would definitely order this one again. The Smores crêpe was also good, but it seemed a bit too much something. Not sure if all the whipped cream was the issue, but it was a little lacking on the graham cracker crunchiness. Even though we thought the Cuban was much better than the Smores I still give this place a 4 star for the huge warm crepes. The décor is nice and there is outside seating which is probably good for the next few weeks. We would definitely try this place again when we get back here. This place does have limited seating at tables and a few bar stools at the front window. Street parking only. There is a parking garage about a block away for the cost of $ 10.00 for the day.

Loved this place. Its a bakery and crêpe place. We went there bit late in the evening and after walking around, we decided to have crêpe. The service is also good. The hosts were very patient as we took a while to decide on the crêpe. We ordered the classic crêpe which was just awesome. It was cooked to perfection and very delicious.

UPDATEBASEDONTHEOWNERSLOVELYCOMMENTTOMYORIGINALREVIEW: I thought my review was honest and nice enough, but clearly it didn’t appease the owner. It seems like Erica clearly has a problem with people who don’t share her taste buds and only cares about 5 star reviews on Unilocal,as evidenced by the 10% discount offered on 5 star reviews(I mean, isn’t this just like paying for false reviews?). While I understand you can’t please everybody’s palate I’m not going to be ashamed or dishonest because I truly I disliked your heavily floured crepes. Maybe instead of constantly checking Unilocal comments and being surprised by slightly negative experiences you need to visit your business and get down to the root of the problem. Also, the fact that you found my review based on my personal experience insulting, condensing and pretentious shows there is something you lack. Not me. PS — The $ 10 you got out of me on Saturday is all you will ever get. I won’t be back. Just ripped up your menu. You have a fantastically wonderful day too! ********************* I love crepes, so when I found myself in Red Bank I had to stop in. After reading some of the previous reviews I figured this place would be staffed by young adults(like me) with less than nice attitudes. That wasn’t my experience at all, which was a nice surprise. When I went there was a female worker along with 2 males. The female took my order and even helped me figure out what type of crêpe to try. As soon as I ordered one of the guys immediately started making my crêpe. The crêpe took a few minutes but the wait wasn’t bad at all. Now this could just be my taste buds(and it probably is since this place is currently at 4.5 stars and I’m giving it 3), but I wasn’t a big fan of the crêpe batter. It seemed to be a little too heavy on the flour, which may have been nice for a savory crêpe, but didn’t work too well with the apple pie crêpe I had. The crêpe tasted like a store bought Pillsbury pie crust. I’m not suggesting that’s what they used because that would be foolish(and I know they obviously make their own batter)… I’m merely trying to give you an idea of the taste. Outside of the crêpe batter, I really like this place. I realize the batter may have been a fluke, so I will stop by next time I’m in the area to try a different crêpe. Once I do I will update my review.

Yum! Great selection with both sweet and savory options. I had a sweet tooth that day so I tried the chocolate chip waffle. YUM. Thought it could have been a little sweeter but that was remedied by dousing it with syrup. Really enjoyed it. Would definitely come back to try the other items!
