This restaurant is simply amazing in what they do. The house steak I ordered was simply the best. Ordered it medium and it came out a perfect medium steak. It comes with steak sauce as an option so I had it with just salt and pepper. The first bite literally melted in my mouth. The second bite made me love meat all over again. The vegetables were nice and tender and they come salt less so you can season it to taste. The salad bar is a bit small but still good nevertheless as an appetizer. TL;DR This place is reeaallllyyyy awesome with steaks. 10⁄10 would come eat again.

Yep, it’s a very cute place with car license plates all over the walls. Very fun! They have a great breakfast menu, wonderful GIANT burgers, and Veggie burgers, and the Ruben is to die for! I’ve only gone through the area twice, but have made a point to stop there for a meal. I will continue to do so till I’ve worked my way through more of the menu. Try it, you won’t be sorry!

Outstanding burger, great salad bar everything is fresh. Burger felt like a work art and as big as it looks doesn’t sit heavy. That speaks to quality.

I honestly do not know why this place doesn’t have more stars. I don’t live near but stop here every time I come through town. It has a family feel, which I love. There is a wide menu and everything I’ve tried I have loved. They have GLUTENFREEBREAD — and the best BLT I’ve had. Their French fries are delicious. I’m almost glad I don’t live close — I would eat out here to often.

My husband and I were coming back home from Oregon back to Calif. we tried this place. The Rubin Sandwich was very good and so was the salad bar. The service was super too.

Excellent service. The food was unfortunately bland and not tasty. Friends requested«medium» for burger but meat was rock hard.

First of all the waitress was downright cold. Like never come here again cold. The food was OK. I was really hungry and it did the job. My favorite reviews are when people say the food is mediocre but you get a huge portion! That sums it up. God knows when I am hungry I really love a huge portion of mediocre lol

Best place in town for food! I haven’t had anything here that wasn’t delicious. Tried the Breakfast burger today, it was extremely delicious.

If I could give extra stars I would. Family owned and run by M and M. So friendly and great service! Very generous portions and awesome burger. Understand why the Ringer is Voted best burger in the county. So many options for B-L-Dinner. Forget Applebees, BK, McDonalds, KFC and keep driving down the street to M&M– IT Rocks!!!

The food was very good. Service was average. I had the red burger and a side of onion rings. A big thick juicy burger topped with pastrami and cheese. The onion rings are without a doubt the best in town. Look forward to going back to get another great meal

Stopped at this local restaurant while in town visiting friends. Food was ok, wouldn’t say that it was the best i’ve had but with the Portions being a really good size for the price and Friendly, knowledgeable staff I would come back next time in am in the area.

Amazing ½ pound burgers cooked as ordered with all the trimmings. For an extra buck, help yourself to a generous salad bar. This place is worth driving the extra mile off I-5 for a great meal. Did I mention there’s a choice of buns from onion, cheddar jalapeño, and pretzel? For those unhappy with the ambience, get over it people… this isn’t SF, it’s Red Bluff. People wear jeans here for a reason, and it’s not fashion.

I had a pretty good meal here at the M&M Ranch House, and some pretty good customer service. We came on a Saturday evening, and there were a fair number of folks here and a party going on in the room next door. There was a lot going on on the menu, but there was also a lot of «house specialties» in different colors. I got the Southwest Salad, my buddies got the Chicken-fried Steak and and a burger that had onion rings and ghost pepper cheese on it. They were both pretty good, and I loved that you could get tots instead of fries. They gave you a lot of tots. My southwest salad was good, although a little unbalanced and served on a plate, when I would’ve preferred a bowl. That said, to get a fresh salad with tasty veggies in this area was pretty nice. I don’t know if I’d come again, but if someone asked me a good spot to stop when coming down from Lassen before getting on the 5, I would recommend M&M. Our waitress was very attentive and when she had to help out another group for an extended period of time, another waitress came to let us know that she’d be back.

The food here is just average. It’s also way over due for a remodel. The M&M theme is cheesy. This restaurant has a lot of potential to be an awesome place, but it’s just old and slightly run down. Everyone who works here has been kind. My favorite things to order is the breakfast sandwich. The full order of biscuits and gravy are HUGE!, so I usually order the half size for $ 3.99.

Great service, wonderful family owned place, with really good food. Love the lunches here. I usually get mine to go. Although the atmosphere is a fun wild west style. Very clean and organized place.

It’s nothing against the rest of the menu, but I seriously come here solely for the deep fried pickles. Oh my happy satisfied tongue, I love those things. And I don’t see them on the menu at many places, so it thrills me every time I get a plate of them set down in front of me. And I feel secretly disgruntled when I have to share them with whoever I’m dining with. :D

Well, not sure about all the rave reviews. The food was fine, it wasn’t fabulous though. The service was good, prompt and friendly. It was difficult to tell staff from guest with no name badges and no uniforms. Mostly jeans and teeshirts, one even had a sweatshirt for another restaurant in another town on. The place is old and a bit run down, you can see into the kitchen area and it looks old too. The tables and chairs are clean though and you don’t get a dirty feeling, just old. Don’t ever look at old restaurant carpet, it was pretty bad and one server fired up the vacuum while we were eating. Not sure why someone would call the salad bar great, it didn’t look all that appetizing. One of the servers even said,“doesn’t look great but it taste good”. The baby back ribs were overdone, and tasted a bit burnt. The tri-tip was pretty tasty but served like a steak cut out of a tri-tip, I assumed it would be sliced. Baked potatoes were good size and very hot on arrival. So, safe place to have a steak, just don’t over expect.

We were driving through on a road trip and chose this place based on the other Unilocal reviews, and we were not disappointed! We went for the Ringer Burger, cooked medium-well with american cheese(cut in half because all their burgers and ½ pounders, and, wow, that’s a lot of beef) with sweet potato fries and tempura mushrooms as an appetizer. The burger was awesome! Service was incredibly slow, but we were not in a rush so it was no big deal for us. However, if you were in need of something, it might be difficult to flag someone down for assistance. This place is very family-friendly. Looking around, almost every table had 6 – 8 people. They have plenty of room to accommodate large groups as well as just a party of two. The sweet potato fries were good, not great, but good. We are judging them based on our favorite sweet potato fries from another restaurant. I’d go for the salad bar if we ever get the chance to stop here again. The tempura mushrooms were fantastic! If you love mushrooms, then this is the appetizer for you. The tempura was thin and light and they used extra large mushrooms. Served with a side of ranch. My photo that I took looks blurry and not very good, but they were excellent!
