Employees very pleasant. Restroom… FILTHY for almost 8am. Don’t use the changing table in women’s restriom.

Horrible Starbucks. I go out of my way to use the one on antelope or main st. They always get my drink wrong even though it’s super simple. Customer service is lacking. We were told we couldn’t refill the app in the same transaction, but we do so at least twice a week. Was told«oh you just want the stars» with attitude. Then came out of the restroom to the barista yelling with more attitude that my drink was on the bar. We won’t be back to this one.

I won’t go here ever again. I have ordered here a few times and horrible customer service is the norm. The last straw was when I ordered a blended drink and I saw the barista push the straw down with her finger where I’m supposed to drink from. Yep. No thanks.

Ordered a salted caramel mocha and of course they got it wrong! Took the second one which was supposed to be right got down the highway and of course it was not! Won’t go back! The one one main is so much better and has never messed up my order!

Last time I went here, I spent 26 minutes in the drive through with a screaming baby, TRAPPED. On another occasion, I ordered a pour over and the girl at the window didnt acknowledge me when I arrived at the window. And i waited, and waited. Then a girl came to the window with a mortified look on her face and apologized and explained the girl had clocked off and not started my drink. The customers time does not seem to be a priority. This is the worst Starbucks I have been to in the 16 states that I have visited them in. I actually drive to the Adobe store instead of going to this location and I like in Surrey Village, which is 1.5 miles away from this place. I would go to Human bean or Dutch instead of going here, and I am a Starbucks Lifer.

As far as Starbucks go, it was top notch, guys. Friendly staff, order came out quickly and correct, and the bathrooms and establishment was nice and clean. I had a good experience here, so if you’re around don’t shun it. ^-^

Wow, can’t figure all the low ratings here. It was fine for me, just gimme my coffee and here’s your money. Plenty of parking and easy on and off the freeway. Coffee was the same as all Starbucks, so I guess that’s a good thing. The easy freeway access really is a good thing if you are traveling along and need some coffee!

Today at around 4 pm I ordered my drinks and the blond girl who met me at the drive through window was in serious need of customer service tips. I know people have off days but u cannot take it out on paying customers who have nothing to do with your problems. She didn’t even say thank you and much less smile.

I go to this Starbucks daily. I always hang out and get my refill. Today I got my coffee, but left for a bit. When i went back for my refill, the girl Jessica was rude and gave me the third degree about leaving and coming back. She tried to charge me for another coffee. I’m a rewards member and spend a lot of money in this store. Not anymore! They need to hire more customer friendly staff! I will now give my buisness to Dutch Brothers!

I am pretty sure the the girl who just waited on me was high out of her mind. Either took too many pain pills or was fried out of her gourd. I have never dealt with someone who seemed so mentally inebriated. Worst service ever. It was like I was talking and nothing I said was making sense to her sloooooooowwwwwwww mind. Never going there again.

I was overcharged for my drink. I made a purchase at the Starbucks in Chico before 2 and kept my treat receipt. I was driving to Redding and stop by this Starbucks in Red Bluff. I gave the barista my treat receipt and when I got to Redding I noticed I was charged the full price instead of $ 2. I called this Starbucks to let them know what happened. Rachael answered the call and sounded doubtful. Instead of an apology I received, well if you bring back your receipt I can try to figure it out or you can go to any other Starbucks location and that was basically it. Moral of the story, if you want to be overcharged for your drink and receive horrible customer service then this is that Starbucks location for you! If you don’t, then keep driving to the next nearest Starbucks in Anderson if you are heading north or the other location in Red Bluff on Main and Luther.

Taking a road trip with my family and have stopped at numerous Starbucks. The staff here was very patient with all six of us trying to figure out what we wanted. Made helpful suggestions, were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Service was quick and efficient. Store was clean. Great experience!

I am writing about two separate instances at the store below. The first instance, which I believed to be a fluke, occurred several weeks prior to the one indicated below. At the first instance, I went through the drive through line, where I was(if I recall, but at most) the 2nd car in line. Once I arrived at the window I handed over my payment card, payment was processed and my card was handed back as normal. I had to sit there, however, for a full 5 minutes waiting for my drink. While this isn’t so egregious as to warrant a complaint, what I do find beyond the point of ridiculous is that I sat there almost the entire time LOOKING at my drink on the counter while the man working did god knows what at the register. He completely ignored me and everything around him while my drink melted. What prompts me to complain, however, was last week when I experienced a very similar, although, worse experience with the same attendant. This time it involved my mother and I and we waited for 15 minutes. The drinks lined up on the counter behind him while he played at the register. These weren’t even all our drinks, they were my mother’s drink and the drinks of the cars behind us. Once this man got around to rejoining the world he then went and personally made my passion iced tea. Why wasn’t my tea being made with the other drinks? Why was he ignoring customers? Why were we forced to wait for him to give a shit? Probably the most concerning in all of this was when my mother and I were beyond upset and I began to obscenely honk my horn. Eventually I was honking for close to 30 – 45 second time periods and we were COMPLETELYIGNORED. What if we were having an emergency? What if we needed help? We would have DIED in our car and none of the Starbucks employees even cared to look at us. This is the reason that we will no longer be visiting Starbucks for our caffeine fix. As a final note, it should be said that when I asked for a manager from the oblivious employee he said that he is the manager. I gave him a colorful detailing of our experience and what we thought of the services, but it gives you something to think about if THAT is what Starbucks considers management material…

Unfriendly. No greeting, just asked me how much half/half I wanted in my Americano, then charged me .60 extra. When I asked about the charge, he said that they charge for half/half over 2″. Huh? Just glad we were on a road trip and this isn’t my regular Starbucks — way too much attitude.
