Being from the Bay Area, our go to Deli was always Togo’s. Far superior to Subway’s. Tai’s is the closest thing I have found to Togo’s. Great sandwiches, fresh ingredients and friendly service too.

The directions to this place are a little confusing as it’s not perfect on the maps. If you come from the freeway, and go past starbucks, you’ll hit a T stop(cheveron on the right). Turn left at the light and it’ll be in the plaza on the left. Came in here on a hot day, and this little sandwich shop got good reviews. The décor of the place was fairly simple, almost a little messy though… or things seemed a bit out of place, or needed to be reorganized. There is a pretty expansive menu here… if you get stuck, turn around and spin the wheel. Don’t worry, you don’t have to get the sandwich you spin. You may spin for free without any commitment. I went with the Shibby and it was quite good. The Baja sauce isn’t super spicy, but it could have been. They have dutch crunch which is also a plus. The sandwich has a fair amount of meat, and was well built. I like this little place, but just stopping through town, don’t know when I’ll be back.

Their sandwiches are the best in town. They always seem to be busy which is a good sign, and have the appreciative and caring attitude you love from small businesses. Great people and food!

Absolutely scrumptious! Every bite was filled with delicious ingredients. The employees were happy and attentive. The dining area is small but clean. The end dessert of a cookie was a great ending. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

The service and food is awesome, best place to get a sandwich in the area, the prices are a little high but for the service and quality of food it is well worth every penny.

Great selection of sandwiches. This is a disenfranchised Mr Pickles, which is an improvement. I’d always rather support a local business rather than a chain. I deducted one star because I did not favor the tuna salad, otherwise great experience and friendly staff. My wife loved her veggie sandwich.

Quick stop on a California road trip for lunch. Husband and I split a Benny sub style sandwich — turkey, bacon, Swiss with all the trimmings on a sourdough roll. Tasted great, and it came with a chocolate chip cookie! For $ 6 apiece we got sandwich, 2 cookies, a bag of chips and a drink to share. Good deal.

Sandwiches are always great and the menu has a nice variety in selection. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a little pricey. Other than that service is always great, staff is friendly, and food is great!

Great Sandwich place, great prices, nice employees, cool drink options. Don’t go to Subway– yuck compared to ‘From the Heath’ and Tai’s.

Great selection of Deli sandwiches with friendly service. We arrived right around noon mid week and there were only a few people there. By 12:30 the place was packed with a line around the deli. It’s worth the wait everybody in our party(6) got what we ordered and loved it. It’s a nice small place for a quick stop as we passed thru Red Bluff. The bathroom was adequate, but the door didn’t lock so you needed to post a guard :-p

Their sandwiches are built upon deli staples like pastrami and chicken salad, then add flavors like«Baja sauce» to pump up the taste. The friendly staff wanted to make sure we enjoyed our visit. And we did. We’d actually ding them a fraction of star for a small error in our order, but it was cheerfully corrected.

Synopsis: Consistently good sandwich fare. Can’t go wrong with a cookie at the end of the meal but take it to go. Dining room is no treat. Full Review: Tai’s Deli is a good sandwich shop with consistent quality and a menu of truly creative sandwiches. I struggle to find something stellar about it, but it is good and the service is friendly and helpful with sandwich suggestions. The place is a small hole-in-the-wall eatery in a strip mall off north Main near the intersection of Adobe Rd., so it is conveniently located with easy on/off I-5. The dining room is very small and cramped with odd merchandise displays that one has to question when you consider how space is an absolute premium in the restaurant. We almost always get our order to go because the dining room(not to mention the entrance) is very cramped and uncomfortable. If you get a couple customers in there waiting in line, it feels very crowded. My tip would be to get there at 11:30 or before or wait until after the lunch crowd. Sorry to say, Tai’s Deli is not wheelchair accessible

OMG! My mouth was in ecstasy over the sandwiches at Tai’s Deli. My husband and I couldn’t stop smiling as we ate here. It was THAT good!!! So glad that Unilocal helped us find this place because this afterthought of a stop helped make the last 3 hours of our drive home bearable. I highly recommend their BLTA(bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado) with mayo and garlic sauce(I also had the pickle and pepperoncinis on the side) — if we didn’t have such a long drive home, I would have ordered another to-go. My husband had the Hang Ten(pastrami, cream cheese, and avocado) which was also delectable, but man, that BLTA was the business!!!

Quick stop off I-5. Great hole in the wall place. Friendly staff. Delicious sandwiches– they all sound amazing, hard to decide luckily they have a wheel of indecision you can spin to help you decide(we had a Benny, Big Jake, & Boss). Free yummy cookies with your sandwiches! Loved this place!!!

Great little sandwich shop in Red Bluff. We were traveling through on a business trip and made this a daily lunch stop. The #4 «the Benny» was our favorite. Super friendly staff with great food! Everyone gets a cookie with their meal!
