This location is hit and miss, very inconsistent. As long as there are only a couple customers, they’re fine. However, they aren’t very efficient, and this shows when they are busy. Line today was out the door. Not worth the wait and ridiculous for a market this size.

The girl who was making my sandwich was brand new, and kept pulling her hair out of her face… I let that go. Then she put a million olives on the sandwich which I promptly complained about. So she took the olives off of the sandwich and tossed them back into the olive bin. No bueno! I left without the sandwich!

I looked on the website menu and went in for a sandwich that I thought would a comparable to what they advertised. I was very disappointed with what I received. Very little meat and cheese for the price. I won’t be going back to that location. It was a half Black Forest ham and turkey — two thin slices of ham and turkey and one slice of cheese. They should look at their own website and get a clue to how to make a sandwich. I put in a complaint to the Subway website a couple of weeks ago and didn’t have any response. Typical of a big corporation.

This Subway was exceptionally clean and professional. The girl who made my sandwich, Holly, was very nice and more than happy to make any accomodations i had asked for… she deserves a raise or promotion for making my lunch a great experience.

Yeah yeah yeah, I know I am giving it 4 stars, but I was craving a salad today and after all THISIS Red Bluff! They heaped on the veggies and spinach with the end result of getting a salad fix! In addition, they were super busy, and the manager had enough staff to get us through quickly! This is a bonus when you have so much time to grab a bite to eat at noon!
