Floor staff are friendly and helpful. This place is now a super center so why in the universe do you never have enough registers open! I have a feeling that the floor staff were not provided sufficient training which is unfair to the employees as well as the customers.

Awful Walmart. Had a dog running loose in the store with an employee trying to track it down. When this thing started coming towards us(bulldog), my wife and looked like we wanted no parts on this… the employee ridiculed us with rude comments and her tone sucked. Dirty, disheveled store with the worst employees I have ever seen, and that includes other Walmarts.

This Walmart is 25 years old. They need a new store. Yes they are a little short handed but any associate will help me. I get great service because i am nice to them. You get in return what you dish out. I’m thankful we have a Walmart in our town. Good people, good prices.

If incompetency were awarded gold stars, the pharmacy department would deplete every kindergartner teachers supply for the next TEN years! The pharm techs are vulgar, argumentative and unwilling to accept the challenge of performing their everyday tasks. Although pharmacists are to receive an additional 6 — 8 years of schooling, and, are considered doctors of their field, RB Walmart pharmacists make me want to seriously search my crackerjack box for liscensure. The store itself is a disaster. I originally stopped in to check out their laptops… what laptops? There was ONE… on the shelf and NO boxed offering for purchase. Seriously. Needless to say, I drive to Redding’s Target and Costco, twice weekly for sundries and household goods. As far as pharmaceutical needs go, I’ve frequented CVS on Main Street in Red Bluff w/moderate satisfaction. I think I’d rather pull teeth, or have teeth pulled vs a shopping excursion @ this über unfriendly establishment of local yocals.

the store is always dirty, no matter how busy the store is there are never more than 4 lines open it seems. The employees are hard to find and if they are found very few know enough about products be be of any help. I personally avoid this store as much as I can. Id rather spend my money on gas to shop at another store

We stop here to rest the parking lot is clean and is quiet we have a RV it’s easy to move in parking lot but we are pulling in late. The store is old and run down but the employees are always nice, thankful for the parking lot.

Still a crappy looking store with Red Bluff’s finest folk scattering about. They are building a new super store behind this one, so I’ve been told. Why do we need a huge wal-mart in a small town? Why do we need 3 Starbucks and 10 other coffee shops? Jesus!

Worst walmart ever and that’s saying something. We waited in line for 30 mins, the cashier had an issue with a transaction and instead of opening a new check stand, had everyone stand around, stewing in our anger. The cashier said she couldn’t cancel the transaction. What a load of bull. I’ve worked in retail, and you don’t let other customers sit in line for 30 mins. This is why I stick to target, Walmart you get an F.

Customer service at this Walmart is extremely lacking. You often are made to feel like you’ve inconvenienced them greatly. I hate it when you are in a department and need help — like the sporting goods dept — and there isn’t a Walmart employee for miles. You’ve got to wander the store and hope you run into one. The next thing is the front desk — where you must go if you have the unfortunate need to return an item — plan on a good 30 minute wait — unless its between the first and the fifth — then you are in for a good hour or more. They also always seem to be doing some sort of construction. Unfortunately they get away with this less than satisfactory performance because they have no real competition in town.

Ummm… sometimes I am a dork. As in, we were about to stay in a romantic little cabin… i was to bring the warm bedding… and there it sat, on my LR floor. Thank goodness MSG is patient and very easygoing. Made a stop-off to purchase all new bedding(shame; felt bad). Most propitious for me, as I had need of a toothbrush as well(DOH!). Easy to find things on our list – not dishevelled at all. And, there’s a Subway inside. My guy is a sammie luvah… can wolf one down in seconds, :) PS Near the outlets that have a Pendleton shop! Woohoo

Just because walmart has low prices doesn’t mean its ok to have low quality customer service. Everytime I go there to send money they always have one girl working the desk and another just hanging out watching while the line gets long and people angry. The workers walkaway from the desk without bothering to let you know they saw you. Just plain out rude girls. If it wasn’t such a small town I would never shop there. But as of right now I have no other choice. Horrible store employees.

I have been shopping here for months now and the store seems to be declining rapidly before my eyes. Walmart seems to be trying hard to improve the other stores more and more, such as in Anderson and Redding but not so in Red Bluff. The store fixtures and checkstands are worn out, including the floors. Lines are long and tedious at all times of day now. Often with only one checkstand ever open. I have no idea what is going on. The store needs a serious paintjob and is dirty through out now. Selection, price and stocking have been kept up and continue to be on par with larger stores.

Awful experiences every time. I arrive thinking, «There aren’t a lot of big stores in Red Bluff, but I’ll be able to find everything I need here, and for not much cash.» Then within the first few minutes of shopping, I think, «OMG get me out of here. I know there are still a few things on my list, but if I don’t get back to my car soon I’m gonna go insane.»

This aging Wal Mart is defintley past it’s prime. Very narrow aisles that are ALWAYS packed with shoppers, no matter what time of day you go. God help you if you ever dare to shop there between the 1st and 5th of each month, as it is usually extremely crowded. Here you will see your favorite WalMart shoppers loading up on over processed junk food, tube socks, and bags of Ol’Roy dog food. The employees on a scale of one to ten, with helpfulness and friendliness… about 6. I have recently started to shop at CVS instead, especially since I aquired my handy dandy club card. CVS is virtually deserted so you can shop in peace and quiet(might be due to their higher prices), and you are always greeted by a very bored, but friendly cashier just begging for business in her lane… unlike Walmart. Walmart needs to either remodel, or build that super center, that seems to be at the center of so much controversy.
