I’m disappointed. Brought clothes here for dry cleaning and wash and fold and was told it would take 8 days for the wash and fold. When I came to pick up the clothes they were in a plastic bag and my laundry bag was nowhere to be found. Was also told that one of my dry cleaning items was still not ready. I called a week later and was told my blouse was ready. I made the trip to the cleaner to find out that it still is not ready! What happened to my shirt? Also still waiting for my laundry bag to reappear. The manager did not try to make my experience better as I had pre-​paid. I am hoping that my experience is a fluke.
Update: was told items were found but arrived to find an unfamiliar shirt and laundry bag. Items are still missing.

Our dry-​cleaning needs are pretty relentless, and after trying many (all?) such services in the area, we have found Scheer Cleaners to be the best. I was very surprised and disappointed, therefore, when I went to pick up my winter boots last week and was told they still weren’t ready (a week after they were promised). I just called Scheer for a status report and learned that the boots are clean and available for pick-​up and there will be no charge, due to the delay. I was really happy to hear this, mostly because it confirmed once again that we are bringing our business to the right place.

Scheer Cleaners is great! Definitely a good place to go to do dry cleaning-​and one of the few places in the area. A little bit expensive, but it is dry cleaning. I need to get clothes dry cleaned a lot for my job, and this is always my number one choice.
