What a disaster! The food was O-K(I recieved in a timely fashion southwest chicken sandwich with mayyonise and ketchup and french fries and a diet coke) but the rest of the experience was a «K-O»! To start of, the sign on the door read: Push but it was actually a Pull door was this some one’s version of a sick joke? Then when you walk in the air conditioning is too cold at first but after you pay and you’re in there for a while you get hot and start to get a little uncomfortable and sweaty. It’s like they turn off the AC to pinch money at the expense of their guests comfort. Lastly, I think there wasn’t enough napkins around the place because I kept having to dab the sweat from my neck it was getting so warm and my fingers kept dripping ketchup.

Get a receipt! The guy running the register is totally scamming the customer and the owner(if he isn’t the owner). Rings up only a portion of the food. Then charges more than what he rings up and pockets the rest. For example he asked me what footlong I got and I told him. He never put the footlong in the order and charged me $ 12.40 when the receipt says $ 7.40(It was a $ 4 customer appreciation sub). When I asked for the receipt you could tell that he did want to give it to me. Receipts were hanging off the register because he wasn’t giving them to anyone. Look out either he is robbing the owner blind or he is the owner and is taking profit under the table.

They surely have some winners working here. My while trip was a disaster. Although I clearly told the guy who prepared my portion of the order that I wanted a BLT, he misheard. He had previously added Ham and was working on Salami(don’t know which sandwich he was preparing, but I’ve never seen a BLT prepared like that). And besides, I wasn’t the only one in my family/party that he messed up. Someone elses sandwich was also messed up. I do recall my father and the register person having a miscommunication on their part. And if you add in the fact that there wasn’t much soup that they had available to sell to the customer(they did try to refund for this, but it’s hard). Although I’ve had no to very few problems with this place before, it’s become more often now that when I go into this location that I will always have SOME problem.

I came here on a Friday at noon on the first day of an «All foot-longs are $ 5» promotion. It was pretty busy, but a team of 3 obviously-experienced employees had the subs churning out like a well-oiled machine.(Canola? Olive? Salad? who knows) It’s kind of ironic when the slowest thing about sub production is the indecisive customers in front of you. Seating is more than adequate here, and it’s well laid out. Nice subliminal touch on their part to line the counter with packages of chips, so that as you walk along giving them instructions you’re reminded that you can add chips to make it a combo. The rest room is large and very well maintained. There’s a huge TV — probably at least 48″ — hanging on the wall.

It seems like they fire and hire someone everyday. That means the quality is different every time I go there. One day very little meat and another too much ranch dressing. Price varies too even though I order the same exact sub every time… request a receipt is my advice.

This subway is fine as far as Subways go, but it’s totally NOT worth going here when Griff’s is right down the road. Griff’s is amazing, and cheaper than Subway(with way more meat).
