It seems this place is under new ownership. We’ve visited red river dozens of times but never stayed here until a few weeks ago. First, its a bit odd that you make reservations with a realty office & there isn’t actually any hotel staff onsite at all times. You have to text or call them if you have any needs or problems — don’t expect to actually see anyone at an office. Our room was clean & while not fancy, it was nice. Very little storage for ski gear, no utensils or kitchen sink but there was a fridge & microwave. It was winter & snowy so I can’t say much about the outdoors but there is an area that looks great for kids & pets in spring/summer.
