I’m adding my 16 year old daughter to my policy soon. So let me say I’ve been very happy with this office so far! Great service with all the people in office, and usually with phone help. I was told if kids take teensmart online and have good grades that helps so that’s great! So check them out if you need ins. Love the two coverage too.

Went today to get travel books for our summer vacation down south from Santa Cruz to San Luis Obispo. Met with James. Top notch customer relations. Did our trip tik for the southern route — offered to do one for the return — we didn’t think we’d need it — but now on second thought we may return to have him do one for that leg of our journey. I was with my son who is 11 and his response when we walked out of the office — was — James was really nice and helpful. Well stated — and I agree with my son. We also did get our tour books. So — stop by and say hi to James.

Just went in to get a coupla maps. Friendly, helpful folks, and the new map they have of the Redding area is a real improvement over the old ones. It has all the detail I might want, to way out beyond the edge of town. The office is on what is kind of a back road, but it’s not hard to get to, once you know where it is…

Outstanding Travel Services
My wife and I have gotten maps and travel books every now and then from our Redding AAA branch but we have used their travel services extensively. Ron Heisler was the travel associate we worked exclusively with and he was outstanding. Ron planned 2 river cruises, one ocean cruise and three bus tours of Europe for us. Ron kept in close touch thourgh out the travel arrangements, anticipated and solved problems, followed up immediately on our questons gaving us increadible customer service. We recommended Ron at AAA to our friends and they all got the same wonderful serivce. Unfortunately Ron recently left AAA. As AAA members since 1978 we really got our moneys worth out of AAA travel services thanks to Ron Heisler.
