The way this place handles billing is ridiculous. I’ve never seen a manager be so rude, nor have I ever seen a gym owner be so unavailable. Really to speak to the owner I’d have to put in a written request? I don’t think so. I would not advise anybody who likes great customer service to join this gym. There are better places in the area to go.

great gym has necessary equipment and a very fresh atmosphere. been a member for almost two years and its location and cleanliness has kept my workouts consistent and hungry for more.

This has to do with the way they run the business and accommodations. The gym is actually a decent size and a good price for a couple.
So, I got my debit card stolen. I called them about 7 days after because I thought the fee came out of my checking account number. It didn’t. So they tried to run my fee and it was declined of course. They said we couldn’t work out until we paid $ 71. ($ 46 monthly fee + $ 25 NSF fee). I explained my card was taken and I had no card to give them yet since I was waiting in the mail for it still. They said I still had to pay the $ 25 fee. I asked for it to be waived since my card got stolen and I thought they took from my actual checking account. Well of course they said of I had called 7 days prior to my billing cycle, then maybe it could have been. My response «my card got stolen after the cycle so how am I supposed to call about a stolen card, before its stolen?!» Anyway. No accommodation. Not good for customer service. Will switch gyms once year contract is up.

I have know the owner and manager for a long time. Very caring, people and always genuinely concerned for the happiness of their customers.

Great Gym. Brad the owners is awesome and everyone knows your name. Everything is clean with new weights and now their expanding into the mall.

child care provider has no child care education, experience, training etc. She said so. Owner didn’t care about his alleged negligent hiring practices resulting in injury to my child. Don’t dare take your kids here if you are a parent who actually cares about who you leave your kid with.

I’ve been going to this gym for almost 2 months now and I absolutely LOVE IT! The staff is always very friendly and I love how someone welcomes you when you walk in. There are always machines available, the place is never too cold or too warm inside, and there are always rags & disinfectant to use on the machines to keep things clean. They always have a couple of different shows on tv to watch and I love that they have free wi-​fi to use so I can play music off of my pandora app on my phone while I’m working out. Best $ 27 I spend every month! :)

I enjoy working out here because I run into a lot of girls I’ve ran up into before! BUCK BUCK BUCK. Aww yeah.
But seriously, I’m on dat Starting Strength routine and maintain my Leangains lifestyle. Squat, bench, deadlift, OHP. This girl has everything I need.
I like coming here at night because that’s when all the hunnies are here. I see soooo many girls from Plenty of Fish. Dey be so busted though. But I still respect em.

I really enjoy this gym. It’s small and not over crowded.
One star off because: One, I do wish there were more classes offered. It is always hot in this gym, especially in the summer. The thermostat is usually always above 80. Who wants to work out when it’s that hot plus the sweaty smells. Gross! The room where classes are offered is usually way above that!
I do wish there were showers, but I make do.
All in all it’s a good gym and I would recommend it.

I’ve belonged to 3 other gyms in Redding. None were a clean as this one. The staff is friendly and helpful. If they just had a couple more fans it would be perfect!

Small gym with your basic fitness needs, nothing too fancy, but enough to get what you need done. It’s rarely crowded and the staff is great and always happy to help.
