Had such an awesome experience here! I grew up in Redding and moved down south for college. Was here on spring break for just a few days and they welcomed me with open arms, even though I was paying them such a short visit. Would highly recommend for anyone local to the area. Very good workouts with healthy and challenging exercises (unlike a gnarly crossfit class). The group classes are a great mix of cardio and muscle building. This place should 100% be THE spot to train for people of all ages in Redding.

Best gym in town. ALWAYS kept clean, an amazing, friendly, and upbeat staff that will go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and that your needs are taken care of. I’ve been going to this gym for the past two+ years and LOVE it! And believe me, I’ve tried out plenty of gyms in this town. ;)

I love this gym. I felt like family there. Everybody on the staff was so nice and welcoming all the time. And the team training workouts are great. You will get a better workout in 30 minutes at adamsons and burn more calories than you would in two hours at other gyms.

I’m going to miss this place so much, it is unlike any gym experience I’ve ever had. Every staff member is super friendly and knowledgeable. The small crowd ensures free equipment any time of the day and a first name based community feel. Team training classes helped me lose 24 pounds and improved my cardio so immensely, I couldn’t believe what a difference I felt on my last hike!

Adamson’s is my second home! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff make you feel like part of the family! I’ve been a member for 2.5 years and, in that time, I’ve lost over 100 lbs! Between the personal training, the small group training, the classes and the all new Punch fitness classes, Adamson’s is the best bang for your buck!

Cleanest fitness facility in town. I love when you walk in and everyone knows you by name… such a rarity these days. Joe and Cathy are excellent managers and know how to run this gym, their warm personality and genuine care for their clients really shows. Their team training classes are my favorite!

This gym has it all. No clicks, just friendly people and staff. I love the classes they have. Adamsons is the place to be if you are serious about getting in shape QUICK!!! I highly recommend you come in and check this AWESOME gym out. I promise you will not be disappointed. Hope to see you soon

I love this place their programs taught me to get healthy and I lost serious weight to the point where I was able to do 13 mile Spartan runs. The staff is awesome and the facility is clean and wonderful. And there’s no less desirable’s like the memberships at some gyms. I commonly referred to this gym as my happy place!

I love this gym. I started here about a year ago and absolutely love the environment. They have so many classes to choose from, but I have to say the morning team burn and tobatta are the best. Everything they have is made to fit with what you need. Personal trainers, buddy training, small group, burn and build classes and tons of different boot camps throughout the year. And they have all the weights and machines you need. I promise you, you will love this gym and the staff. Thanks Adamsons for helping change the way I look and feel.
