For the price of this place it needs updates bad!!!
Stoves/carpets/cabinetry/linoleum/doors/stairs railing all have major wear and tear.
They have a pool-which is very nice.
They have a «gym» but the treadmills have been broken for 6+ months. All the equipment is from 1980’s.
The sauna doesn’t work right.
The basketball and racquetball courts have water damage.
The rec to smells of mold and has all old furniture. The laundry room washer and dryers don’t work well. Plus they are pricey$$.
The balcony’s and yards are falling apart.
So all in all, rents too high for the things that go on. Rent goes up yearly. I won’t pay the extra fee this year if things aren’t fixed. I’ll move.

My husband and I have been managers at Appletree apartment since since March of 2013. We have worked very hard cleaning up the complex and the community. We invite you to come out and consider apple tree as your future home. we offer the following amenities a pool, gym, dry spa, racquetball room, indoor basketball court, rec room on site laundry facility and much more!

Very old and unmaintained. Liquid amber trees litter the lot and root systems have broken the foundation on most of the buildings. We had ground water seeping up through the floor and it took 2 years for it to be addressed. Mold showing through cracks in linoleum. Utilities in the summer can run close to $ 200 if you want the air condition on due to paper thin walls and single pane windows. Would not recommend.
