What a bad experience. While they did get us the rest of our food eventually it should of been right the first time. I can’t believe they didn’t double check the order before they brought it. We spent over $ 50 plus a tip and the order they brought us was wrong. If these guys plan on staying in business they may want to do a better job. I will have to be really hungry and unable to drive or walk somewhere before I use this service again.

They hardly check the orders, sending often food that is wrong, even tho if they glanced at the ticket they would realize that it’s wrong or lacking items. Wow, the delivery times are beyond garbage. No breakfast delivery? No Sunday delivery when no one wants to go out on Sunday after Saturday night bar fun?! They cut off delivery times often 30 – 45 minutes before they close effectively shutting off more buisness and often frustrating customers. In a town that is pathetic to begin with, with resturants often(read almost every one) having no delivery, this half ass delivery service overcharging you for sub par delivery of often cold and or wrong food, with terrible buisness times is a joke. You people in Redding really need to get out to other cities if you think this garbage is «5 star». Almost all of your restaurant’s or services would not make it past 2 stars anywhere else.

This service was great! My folks were travelling from Southern California back to Washington State and I wasn’t able to go with them. By the time they checked into the hotel in Redding, they were too tired after 4 – 5 hours of driving to back out. Instead of allowing them to skip dinner, I hopped on Unilocal from So Cal, found Entrée Express and gave them a call. They were able to answer my questions and even gave me some feedback as to which local restaurants would be most likely to have the types of food likely to appeal to my elderly folks. The driver took the food directly to their room and was polite and helpful! Redding is one of the usual stops on their frequent trips back and forth and we definitely use this service if the need/desire arises again.

Our home had endured water damage to the kitchen on Memorial Day. During the repair process our granite was broken and the entire kitchen was redone. We finally got our kitchen back 3 months later. During that time I think we ordered with Entrée Express 3 or 4 times per week. They were always courteous and professional. One time in particular they arrived with our pizza. It was the wrong one. They sent another driver to pick it promptly and redeliver. Just super service. Oh, and yes they remember to bring condiments also.

We’ve been using Entrée Express for a few years now and am always pleased with the service. The drivers are friendly and the delivery time is always under the estimated time. Last night we had a special treat, because we were served by Duane, driver #42. He came in and started taking the food out and, as he was doing so, asked my wife and me if we knew of the policies regarding food returns and customer complaints. When he found out that we had not heard about this in all of our time hiring the service, he proceeded to explain in detail and in plain English what the procedures are. There was no malice in his voice, in fact, he was explaining all this to us as if we were friends of the family. My wife and I were so impressed with his courtesy and professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction that, upon Duane’s exit, my wife immediately called the office to compliment the company and Duane personally. For some reason, the gentleman on the phone appeared disinterested and detached. Perhaps it was late(20 minutes past last delivery time) or just a tough day. Either way, it was disheartening and a definitely a downer to the experience we just had. We didn’t let that bummer-dude upset our meal. We had ordered from Logan’s Roadhouse and they are one of the top Restaurants in our experience to order delivery from.
