I needed a safe and secure place to have my mail sent to. Wrap N Pack meets and exceeds all my needs. Not only is my mail safe, they also have a notary and fax service as well as FedEx and UPS.
This is not a corporate owned store, this is family owned and operated. they take pride in what they do. No games, ever.
I’ve only done business here for several months, but so far I couldn’t be happier.

I just love this local business! I have used their services many, many times over the 20 years I have lived in Redding. Everything from packaging and shipping Christmas presents across the country to last-​minute overnight shipping to buying a card for a coworker. A couple times I have had to wait in line and they always make eye contact and let me know that they are aware I am waiting and that they will get to me as quickly as possible. What more could I ask for? They are consistently reliable, friendly, and competitive in pricing. I really won’t go anywhere else. This is definitely a case of «buy local.» You won’t go wrong.

I had just the loveliest experience at this store! It is so nice when you are traveling to find people who actually care. We found a really cool, but fragile, antique on our last road trip and I was concerned about taking it home in the car. These folks helped me out so much! Even helped me a figure a shipping speed so the package would not make it home first. Super friendly, can’t recommend enough!

I can’t disagree more with «Sharon O». The service and attitude at Wrap-​N-​Pack is stellar. I have never waited more than 2 minutes in line, I have never been greeted with anything less than a professional greeting and the overwhelming sense of «we’re here to help you» attitude is refreshing. The owners are fast and friendly and always willing to help carry my packages into the store. I will always come to Wrap-​N-​Pack, over any other «mail center» in Redding. You can’t beat the service, prices and the friendly faces of the team that works there.

That’s fine you don’t have to agree with me maybe your experience is different every time I go there I never had a good experience ! The gentleman that works there I believe he’s the owner of the manager he’s nice but that other lady the older one she’s rude and mean and I have several people who told me that as well so you don’t have to agree with me everybody has different experiences this is Unilocal and I was sharing mine «Nora D»
