Exceptional customer service! Karlyn went above and beyond for our company. I walked in today hoping that by some miracle they could trace back to January for a package that we had sent out without giving her my tracking number. She couldn’t do anything about at first due to their computer system so she gave me a customer service number to call for extra assistance.
She stood by as I made the phone call and unfortunately they couldn’t help without the tracking number and couldn’t look it up since we paid in the form of cash. She voluntarily asked for the information I had to help track it later that day or week. I gave her the recipients address along with other information that would help. I got a call back from her within 2 hours!!! Amazing! She was able to track it and gave me our tracking number. Will be coming back to this location in Redding for any shipping services.
