Quickest manicure I’ve ever gotten. I got gel and there were mistakes on my nails. Go somewhere else that makes your money worth spending

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don’t go here unless you want a rushed, 5 minute manicure/​pedicure. Also got yelled at for asking them to spend more time filing and cleaning my nails. Awful.

Worst nail experience ever. We called first they said come in we will help you right away, we were the only ones in there and there were two workers and they started on my friend first then a lady walked in behind me and the other worker helped her right away, while I sat there waiting even though I was there first. Not only did it take an hour and a half to get our nails done they did not do what I wanted. It looks like a first grader did it. I do not recommend this place. If I could rate this zero stars I would.

I came here today for the first time and I loved my experience! The staff was so incredibly friendly I brought my 1 ½ year old daughter for a mani pedi date and they adored my daughter they handled her so well she sat still and had such a great experience. My manicure was fast but I was glad I wasn’t trying to spend and hour getting my nails done so it was fine with me. I got gels and love them! I will definitely be coming back!

I love Honey Nails! I would say BEST IN REDDING! The owners are polite and nice, they go out of their way to take care of me every time I’m there.
I usually get a gel pedicure, and it will last me two months. She has been doing this business for 14 years. She is a pro, and her meticulous work shows!
Went for a nice relaxing pedicure just yesterday and I enjoyed a nice hot bath for my tired feet. I also enjoyed the chair massage. She gave me an unexpected special design! I will be back!

Do not go here unless you like being treated extremely awful. They lack any form of customer service. Not an experience I would want to pay for!

No no no. My nail tech was so disrespectful towards me… First off, I could not understand anything she would say and when I asked her a question about how long my nails would last she yelled at me saying she already told me and said «were you not just listing !» I was so shocked she said that to me so I almost told her to stop what she was doing because I didn’t want to continue, which I should have done. My nails looks horrible. The gel polish only lasted 4 days and she didn’t even care to do a clear top coat.

My daughter and I decided to try the salon. The woman who was doing my daughters nails was extremely rude. My daughter told the male employee which number she wanted that was on the color chart. She walked over to the table to have the gel painted on her nails. The woman painted the wrong color on her nails. My daughter told the woman that was not the color she picked. The woman was extremely rude to my daughter as if it was my daughters fault that she has painted the wrong color on her nails. I walked over to her with the color chart to prove to her my daughter chose the correct number and she picked the wrong bottle. She had the nerve to become more rude! What upset me the most it that my daughter was trying to explain nicely that she thought she was putting on a base coat first because the color was a pale pink not realizing it was the actual gel! But the point is since when does the customer get yelled at for their mistake! Never go to Honey Nails!!!

Wonderful staff ! Quick and they do an excellent job. The store is very clean.

My mother comes to visit, and at least every other time, we go get mani/​pedis. We’ve tried several places in town, and so far, this is our favorite, and our new place to go. We called in the morning and made an appointment for the afternoon, no problem. This was awesome news, since it was Sunday. So we got there on time, and they were ready for us. We went to the pedi tubs, and it was nice. The man there automatically started the massager on the chairs, and pointed at how I could change the settings. This was a nice touch, since most places I’ve been don’t mention them. The girl that did me was quick, but not neglectful, and she did a nice massage. The color on my toes turned out lighter than I expected, but that wasn’t their fault. My mani turned out awesome, and it was a nice change to not feel rushed, but still not take forever either. During the service, my mom got talked onto a quick eyebrow waxing also, and she loves how they did her brows. It was a quick, but thorough job on all accounts, and we left very satisfied. Next time we go get nails done, we will be going here.

My Grandma lives in Redding, Ca and visits this nail salon on a semi regular basis.
I decided to take my Grandma, Mom, and Sister to get pedicures for Mother’s day while we were all up in Redding visiting with my Grandma.
I ended up getting a Mani because my last Pedi I got was still fine.
My Manicure was so quick it should have been considered a nail color change. It lasted not even 5 minutes, the backs of my hands and my palms were the only thing massaged and the lady didn’t even clean up the sides of my nail bed-​sloppy paint job. And with the Manicure being $ 14, I felt cheated. It was NOT worth $ 14!
To top it off, I asked her to combine my Manicure with one of the 3 other Pedicures and they wouldn’t do it because to save the $ 5 on the Mani/​Pedi Combo it has to be done on the same person.
Never mind that I just brought in a bunch of business for you or that my Grandma is a regular customer.
I felt that was shady and money grubbing.
They accept cards for payment with a .50 cent fee… I’ll not be returning to this salon and I hope my Grandma finds a new place too.
