First off, I love supporting local businesses which is why I took my ink cartridges here. However, I will never do business here again! I dropped the cartridges off Friday morning and was told they would be ready that afternoon. I didn’t make it there Friday, so I went in on Monday afternoon and was told they were not ready and first thing Tuesday. I go in Tuesday @ 3pm and still had to wait 15 minutes to get them finished! Will never go here again!

I recently took my printer cartridges in to get refilled after finding this business on a random internet search.
I arrived and the employee who was working greeted me and took my cartridges to the back. I had my daughter with me, and luckily there was not only a bathroom for customers, but also a waiting area with books and magazines.
The employee came back about ten minutes later and looked sheepish as he explained to me that my cartridges were stock (meaning they came with the printer and pretty much sucked, and they don’t hold that much ink).
He refilled them and didn’t charge me, and he ALSO wrote down the kind of cartridge I need to buy for my printer.
I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a local, genuine business for your ink needs. :-)

Did some comparison shopping in Redding yesterday, and was able to find cheaper brand name ink at Best Buy. Ink Specialties only carried the slightly more expensive cartridges. This is probably because they are a smaller store, and can carry less stock. However, when they finally get refills for my printer, I’ll be back there.
