I purchased a new laptop three weeks ago and a few of the keys do not respond. I took it back and was told I needed to take care of it myself. I bought the five star computer and was treated like a Hotel 8. Very unhappy.
Dell computers worked online with me for a few hours… had to update drivers and change hot key settings on dragon program… Red helped me and was wonderful!
SKIP OFFICE DEPOT and go straight to Dell for your computer purchases!
Office Depot can watch me never go in again!

I have been going into the business center at Office Depot in Redding, Ca a couple times a year for a several years now. Every time I go in, the staff is very kind and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to help me figure out solutions to quirky problems. I feel that they go beyond the minimal service I am paying for. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional.

Not the best selction or prices around, but the location is very convenient. Checkout can be slow since they normally only have one register open.
