Visited again recently because I was in the mood for a winter holiday inspired smoothie. I could’ve sworn that there was a wider selection of special smoothies last year but, this time, I was a bit disappointed not to find anything eggnog flavored. I asked the young woman working at the counter and she just pointed me to their Pumpkin Smash smoothie. It’s good. It’s one of my favorites but I’ve had that one so often that it doesn’t qualify as «novel.»
Ultimately, it wasn’t the lack of special holiday smoothies that inspired this 3-star rating this time but the lukewarm, ho-hum vibe the staff member gave off. The staff here is normally more upbeat and friendly so the lack of any of this was noticeable. I generally give workers in the service sector a benefit of a doubt, assuming they’re tired or something, but this place doesn’t seem all that busy (from what I gather from all the times I’ve frequented this place) so I’m just telling it like it is.

This has to be the loudest and rudest. The bratty young girl tried to say the menu hadn’t changed, but it had. The one thing I wanted wasn’t on the menu anymore, but they offered to make something similar. They acted like they were being put out to do it. They proceeded to serve the 3 people after me first, then they made mine.

Just another jamba juice. I didn’t think the service was slow as the other Unilocaler said. Never very busy in there. The staff was friendly.

Jamba Juice is Jamba Juice no matter the store location. However this location every time I walk in the door no matter if the place is empty or full the staff is just plan SLOW. Slow to the point were it is almost as if you are bothering them by being there ordering drinks. They aren’t friendly at all.
