wow. this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! the service is fantastic. the first time i went, I drove through the drive through and was served by a gorgeous girl who i think was named Katie. you better believe i gave a huge tip for the speed at which i received my drinks and for the wonderful conversation i had with the girl serving me at the window!!! ever since that first time that i went, i now drive all the way across Redding just to go to this Starbucks! 10⁄10 would recommend.

Came in and used their Wi-​Fi for 2 – 3 hours today. Thank goodness for Starbucks when the Internet at home is down! As I’m not a big coffee drinker, I generally try to find an equally delicious non-​caffeinated beverage whenever I visit. This time, they had a refreshing iced peach green tea lemonade which I highly recommend to those who’re looking for a mild drink that won’t interfere with your sleep schedule.
The staff here were busy and on task keeping up the store’s appearance. Between this and the friendly, professional service I received, they left a great impression today.

About a month ago I stopped by Placer SBX hoping to find that they had improved their method for brewing tea. Thank the heavens they have figured it out! Consequently, I’ve been in for black iced tea many times since. The last time I was in the drive thru, the manager Kerri popped her head out the window to ask me how the tea was. I told her I loved it, and that it was a huge improvement. She told me they were brewing the tea longer and were getting consistently dark tea. It’s now a joy to visit the Placer Starbucks!

The staff does a great job remembering it’s regulars. Calls them by name and remembers the special orders. There are times the lines are out the door, but they work diligently to move people thru fast without giving up that personal customer service. This by far is my favorite store! Good job gang, keep up the good work!

Came here to enjoy some coffee and get some work done, but the ladies working were incredibly obnoxious and distracting. Meg, in particular was awful. The things coming out of her mouth were terribly inappropriate and loud. Her manager needs to have a serious conversation with her about how to act professional while on the job. Must mention that Mal was awesome. She was super friendly to all customers, including myself, and never seemed to partake much in Meg’s gross behavior. The manager of this location needs to step in and get these girls in line.

Service here is consistently awesome. The staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. My drink is always made well. The foam is fantastic, and I am a foam snob. I come here several times a week when I am in town.

First off: The staff here are really nice and very helpful. I don’t like the lattes at this Starbucks. I am not sure about the auto tamping espresso machines that Starbucks uses in general. It is supposed to be more consistent. My experience is consistently mediocre. This location is the one that I have gotten many bad lattes from: Burnt and watery tasting. I don’t know why. It must have something to do with the machines.
