Always a good cup of coffee and they have a great selection of teas too. Fresh pastries and brownies but not much more for food.

Although the atmosphere is nice, the Americano was pretty good, I’d stay clear of the Syphon coffee. The Barista’s don’t seem to know how to use a Syphon correctly. Very disappointing, you’d think if you offer that type of brew you’d know how to correctly use it. Too bad, syphon coffee is one of the smoothest and tastiest brews out there.

I came to Brew because of all the Unilocal comparisons to coffee roasters that I hold in high regards. I left, however, scratching my head. The coffee was good, don’t get me wrong, but not good enough that I would not compare it to Ritual or BB. I WAS pretty happy with all the different options (every espresso drink imaginable as well as lots of coffees, such as air press, V60, coffee press, etc). However, I can’t believe that the person behind the counter did not offer me a choice of the type of beans when I ordered a pour-​over. I got an Ethiopian, which was ok, but I would have much preferred the Honduran that the guy behind me got (when they had already started mine). The seating area really left something to be desired. The baked goods were pretty good (try the blondies). The prices were pretty standard.

I wish I could rate with 0 stars! This place is a joke! By far the worst coffee ever! If you think your going to make it by only serving 12 oz. cups of coffee for $ 4.50 your nuts! Horrible watered down crappy coffee. I could have gotten a better coffee at dutch
not waste your time or hard earned $$ on this place. Seriously? 12 oz. is your only size WTF!!! That isn’t even enough yo wake me up… and for $ 4.50? WTF!!!

Today was my first time at Brew! although I drive past it everyday because I live 2 minutes away. The customer service was great, the London Fog Latte I got was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming! My friend got a vanilla cinnamon latte as well. I will definitely be back!

Good place to come and talk not the best place to work or read since everyone else seems to be talking all the time
Haven’t tried their coffee so I can’t speak for that but their chai is okay, seems everywhere in redding serves pre-​made boxed chai, super disappointing.
the barista was super sweet!

The drinks here are amazing! My new favorite is the Maple Cinnamon.
The music is great, too. I love when I can find a place that sounds like they’re playing my favorite Pandora station.
The atmosphere is call, relaxing, and surrounded by abstract art.

I’ve driven by this place for years and never went in. It seems to have been open for quite some time, so I recently decided to give it a try. The coffee was great and strong, just to my liking. There are time that I like to have a little something sweeter, but they didn’t have a white mocha flavoring. Maybe they don’t carry a lot of other flavors. However, my latte’ was just fine. I like the bar they have around the kitchen area and against the window, but the rest of the seating area and atmosphere wasn’t quite what I was expecting. They could do more with the interior decorating to really liven things up. It just appeared quiet and dull… which is not necessarily a bad thing. I will be back to try some more coffee options.
