Awesome food! The soups are amazing! The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 starts is because of the religious nature of the place. They sell religious based nicknacks which doesn’t bother me. I don’t want to enjoy my lunch and hear the people on the next table talking about how they were abused as kids but it’s okay because God forgave the abuser so the victim should forgive him too.

Amazing place and fantastic ambiance. Not only do you get great tea but you are helping here community as well. Great place to bring friends to relax that is different than the coffee culture.

Great little shop for a spot of tea. Nice people doing good things in our community with the proceeds from purchases. Chicken salad sandwich is divine. Free meeting room as well.

Grace Place is high on peaceful relaxing ambience. In an old house it’s delightful to look at, in and around. They ‘host’ you more than feeling like a customer. Loose leaf teas are my choice as I catch up on homework, business meetings and very healthy food made fresh in their kitchen. Good stuff and worth bringing that friend for a special connection.

A new discovery for me, Grace Place offers good food, good coffee, a pleasant setting, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve noticed the sign on Pine Street for over a year, but the name put me off a bit – I feared that patronizing the place would be tantamount to joining some church offshoot. It turns out that Grace Place is part of a non-profit organization, Compass ShiningCare. Compass ShiningCare serves seniors and others who have disabilities, on a sliding scale of payment, or free of charge. Admirable mission, and a great place to have coffee, breakfast, or lunch with a friend. I’ll be back.
