Armondos gallery and restaurant is an amazing place. It is unlike anything else in the North State. I recommend everyone go. You feel like you are in an upscale restaurant in San Francisco or New York. What an incredible gem. Must MUST Do !!!

You can’t beat the food, service or ambience, Armando’s is a special place in Redding, nothing like it, you must come here for a special experience.

This is not your everyday restaurant, it’s fun, funky, and fabulous food. Every weekend the menu changes. You can order dinner with wine pairing, or just the dinner, you can order all the courses, or just one or two.
We’ve eaten here twice. Both time the food was fresh, well presented, and delicious. You can check the menu on Facebook each week.
The staff is attentive and friendly. Décor is fun, walk around and check it out the artwork and a the other cool stuff.
Good for just getting together with friends, or a romantic dinner for 2.
Do yourself a favor and try this place. Your going to love it.

There is nothing like this place in Redding! I’ve been here multiple times now and everything has been excellent. Service, ambience, food and wine have been spot on. The owner, Armando, is always walking around and talking with customers. He really makes you feel at home in such a nice establishment! I talked to him about wine for a while too because I don’t know much and he answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. He is very knowledgable and helpful.
Armando is always coming up with new dinner ideas. I’ve been to the masquerade dinner, Thursday night painting, belly dancing night and a couple others. Keep an eye on his events because it’s not always just dinner. It’s always something different which Redding needs!

I’ve been here twice now, both time for a four-​course meal and entertainment. There is no other place anything like Armando’s here in Redding. It’s a magical, comfortable place with delicious dessert and an excellent staff.

What is there not to like about Armando’s Gallery House?!! Quaint and as unique as the artist himself. Attention to detail is King and the atmosphere is personable as that of a best friend meshed with fun entertainment. Plus look at all the great art on display! Approach Aramado’s creation with an open mind and be prepared to be amazed. Redding needs more art and entertainment and Armando’s Gallery House sets the bar!

There is nothing like this anywhere in Northern California… actually nothing like this anywhere. You are invited into Armando’s home. Art, great food, hosted by a wonderful person. You have to experience this… and, if you do, you will want to return.

A touch of San Francisco’s sophistication and elegance in Redding! Art gallery, yes. Armando’s artwork flows throughout and carries you along. Food? Creative and amazing to see, delightful and delicious to eat. Art, food, wine all combine to make a visit to Armando’s Gallery House an exciting and enjoyable experience.

I have been to Armando’s Gallery several times, with my husband and with girlfriends and have never had anything less than a delightful time. As other reviewers have already said, there is nothing remotely like Armando’s in Redding and it’s an absolute «must see». The rooms are cozy and inviting and time should be spend just walking around and taking it all in. Armando’s unique style of art is on display and you can watch movies or enjoy the entertainment he frequently provides. If you’re in the creative mood yourself — paints, canvas and Armando are available (check his website for times) There are themed dinners that allow Armando and his chef to create new and tasty dinners of several courses. If it’s just a quiet chat with a friend over wine and appetizers your looking for, there’s no place that is better to relax and spend some time catching up.

We were moved to select this place based on the previous reviews and after our experience there, we felt compelled to add to the positive feedback. We had a small/​intimate wedding near Redding and held a small, informal lunch/​reception at Armando’s afterwards. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and interactions with Armando and his staff! From the ambiance, artwork, service, food, and attention to detail, we left wishing there were more venues like this closer to where we live (SF Bay Area). Armondo’s Gallery House should be a must-​visit for locals and visitors to Redding alike. We will definitely find a reason to make it back up.

Armando’s Gallery House is really someplace you need to see in person, photos simply do not do it justice. It is elegant inside with an interesting mix of art pieces and paintings. It is the type of Gallery you would expect to see in a big city such as San Francisco or New York and yet we have in right here in Redding. Although I haven’t attended one of his dinners yet I know they well be excellent and very well done. I’ve known Armando for a long time. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his art and his new Gallery. Stop by and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

We had such a wonderful time last night at Armando masquerade event for Halloween, the food was delicious every single course was better than the 1^st. We had great company lots of laughs and interaction with different folks that stopped by. The staff catered to us like we were kings and queens, made us feel at home all at the same time, the ambiance and beauty of the rooms was awesome! 5 stars from our family. If you haven’t been, come down have a glass of wine and just see the beauty and art that he displays. Christmas is coming next how fun!

Wonderful expierience in dining and entertainment. The ambiance is strongly elegant, inviting and adventurous all at the same time. I love it every time I go.

We enjoyed Sunday brunch at Armando’s Gallery House on Sunday. The gallery is magnificent with every type of art imaginable. We were seated on a comfy couch and served mimosas in beautiful crystal flutes. Brunch was a tasty quiche, fresh fruit served in a bone china bowl, a braided bread, and an appetizer. Water is served in crystal goblets, coffee is served in exquisite cups, and the table setting includes art and candles and orchids. After brunch we enjoyed a movie on a huge screen while sipping coffee and eating individual pies. Armando’s Gallery is an experience in addition to a tasty meal. The ambiance is like no other. I wish we could rate with 10 stars.

Just had a private party at Armando’s Gallery House for my birthday. The whole party was executed in a professional first class fashion. Very pleased. This is a «must do» location.
