North State-Bloodsource

I’m a BIG supporter of BloodSource, having donated over 72 gallons in the last many years. The staff is excellent, the process is smooth, and you really do save lives with your donations.
There is nothing else that replaces blood, an donations are the only way to get it.
This is the Christmas season — giving should start here and go all the year around. So, get on the horse and ride your way to being a frequent donor. Someone out there will be thankful, and you will be blessed.

This is my second year donating blood. I love the staff, everyone is so friendly and really makes you feel at ease. The place is very relaxing with good music to listen to. I started donating when I took my niece once and decided to donate while I was there. I have been donating ever since.

I’ve been donating blood and platelets here for the past two years. You really can’t beat it here. Air conditioning during the summer, heated seats during the winter, free food and drinks, and tshirts almost every time I go in there. I mean it’s AWESOME!
But that really isn’t the reason why I visit Bloodsource every two weeks. I visit because I have the kind of blood that is donated to babies. I’m a special breed I guess. Charlie Sheens Tiger Blood doesn’t have anything on me! I visit because there are people out there battling cancer, lupus, those who are in a burn unit. the list goes on. There are people out there who need blood, platelets, and plasma. And there are healthy willing and able bodied people like me who donate to help.
The staff at Bloodsource is top notch through and through. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and make me feel at home there. I’ve seen the administrators there come out on a regular basis and chat with people while they are donating. they aren’t faceless suits, they are people serving a greater purpose.
